Approach the cashier, who did not great us, while taking our order she had her hand under her shirt rubbing her belly. They had no tea made, so went to get diet Dr Pepper and that did not work, got regular Dr Pepper and that was flat. There were only 2 tops left for the standard size cups and about 6 straws. There were no napkins to get. While waiting on the food, notice 3 of the 4 workers preparing food did not have gloves on and at least 2 of them was handling the food. May want to skip this one…

I don’t usually comment, but this was HORRIFYING! First bathroom: Toilets were clogged water flowing over, toilet paper EVERYWHERE garbage was completely overflowing and all over the floor. Paper towel dispenser was empty. Bathroom door slammed so hard closing, it slammed into me walking out and pushed me nearly over. Go up to the counter to order: Person in front of me was telling them about the bathroom toilet, lady said “AND” and rolled her eyes. Over a half hour to get our food (3 meals; chicken tenders, a burger and ham cheese) Finding a table: Go to sit down and I have NEVER seen a place so disgusting! Every table was full of grease, garbage left on the tables and the floor around the tables. Every single table. Chairs and floors were so sticky, we had to leave to eat outside! Open the Burger: Ordered a SUPERSTAR burger, LITERALLY it was just a bun, cold dry patty and NOTHING else on it!!!!! Honestly the health department should be called, I was SOOOOOO disturbed with every aspect of this visit!!!!!!!!

This Hardee’s is def packing in some areas… usually the staff act like it’s a bother to them if I order something, take their sweet time making the order, never have enough dependable staff, and service with a smile means absolutely nothing to these workers. Oh, and if you missed your daily soap opera, just go sit in the lobby of this Hardee’s… your soap opera fetish will be whetted very quickly while you listen to the stories told so unprofessionally behind the counter in front of all the customers. But the food now… the FOOD is off the chain!! And if Tam cooks or makes your order, then you know without a doubt it’s going to actually be made correctly!

Didn’t even finish ordering. Cashier at the drive thru was rude. She said ” Let me guess that’s a combo too” along with the loud sigh. We order for a 4 person family. Each getting a meal. With spending at least 50 to 60 on a dinner the least they can do is treat you with respect. Very disappointing

Went to get a Mushroom Swiss burger 3 employees in the dining area talking had the doors locked at about 5 pm. Finally an employee comes to the door and said the dining area closed due to being short staffed. With 3 employees standing around BSing in the dining area they were short staffed?

Visited here while driving through the area. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment, from the dining area to the restrooms. Came in with 6 people, all the food was delicious, and all the employees were very friendly!

This place sucks it needs to be shut down. The window lady was rude never spoke just took the card waited for food and then she gave it to us with a attitude the food was nasty and cold will never go to biscoe Hardee’s again. unable to get my order correct after 3x finally got to the window after waiting in line. once again told them the order and seemed like they understood. as im waiting in line the couple before us walked from there car back to the window in complaints that the soda had gone out and of a burnt burger. when we opend our sandwich im not sure if it was burnt of if the grill just hadent been cleaned. either way, took WAY to long in line for the food to be thrown together paird with it just being unpleasant all together
