Nice young man working the window. He was clearly coached what to say to customers, with very big smiles.
Slow service. Charged much more than all the other Hardee’s . Refused to honor a senior discount. Small portions of food. Very greasy.
Only one jelly allowed. Only one napkin per customer. I bought a platter. What a shame management!

In on a Wednesday at 6:20 for dinner.
Ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders combo $10.4 9
Told the girl to put my order on a tray since i’m eating in.
Did she do that?? NO. She put it in a bag.
When I asked her to correct it she put the bag on a tray
and handed it to me.
Well, When I went off on that the guy from the back
came out and placed it on a tray.
Expecting 5 pieces of chicken 4 to 5 inches long like you
get anywhere else I get little pieces that were not very hot.
This was NOT a $10 meal by a long shot.
I will stick to morning biscuits which are still pretty good.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and… my God. Are y’all dipping these things in the Atlantic Ocean before serving them? I took two bites and instantly felt like I’d licked a salt lamp at full power. The hash browns somehow had zero salt, but the biscuit tasted like it belonged on the Periodic Table.
I’m convinced this meal could single-handedly raise my blood pressure enough to trigger a stroke. I physically cannot eat this. RIP my taste buds.

Service was pretty good. Store was clean and well stocked, though they were out of diet soda at the time of our visit. Cashier was friendly and helpful, upsizing the kids fries when they realized they were out of apple sauce. The toilets had cleaner in them but were overall clean so dunno if they left extra or what.
The food was terrible. The three sandwiches we ordered (a kids grilled cheese, a super star, and a Frisco melt) came out and were all cold. The grilled cheese didn’t even have the cheese melted, and the super star tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Fries were alright though. Maybe it was an off day but not my best Hardee’s experience.

My wife and I were on our way to the beach. We stopped in Biscoe, NC, to eat a late lunch. We stopped at Hardee’s, and the manager fixed my sandwich keto style. He wrapped it in lettuce instead of a bun. I thank him for going out of his way to make it like that for me.

24 minutes total in the drive through, 5 cars in front of me (when we pulled in we was one behind the car to order)…had to remind the worker we didn’t receive the 2 hashrounds ordered (he did give us 3).
When it was time to order, heard the automated message it ended with something along the lines of “if your not using the app go ahead where listening”, I proceed to order our food – #6 with Diet Coke, cinnamon roll with hashrounds/ Diet Coke, a bacon/cheese biscuit with coffee- all the worker said $22.XX, not “can I get you anything else, or is that all for you” maybe it’s just where I was born and raised in Mount Airy, but this place doesn’t have any respect for their customers.
I do not recommend this location.

Ordered a Mushroom and Swiss and it only came with one slice of mushroom. The Spicy Wraps didn’t come with cheese and barely any seasoning. And the manager was the one in the kitchen sending out orders. Took a good 15 minutes or more for our order but other customers were waiting for their food much longer. One man waited for 45 minutes for 1 Hand Breaded Chicken sandwich. It’s sad when you have to spend your whole lunch just waiting for your food. One lady came in from the drive thru saying she had been waiting 40 minutes for some chicken tenders. Not to mention they didn’t have ice for cold drinks.

Men’s rest room out of paper. Staff smarting off to each other. Could not give me a receipt due to “broken”. Man came in with big dog that jumped up on drink counter and licked machine. One staff told another to watch his language.
