We work in EMS and came in on late evening for a quick bite and our cashier Michael was amazing. Very friendly hospitable and very professional. Brought our food out very quickly and it was hot. Fries was hot and fresh and very delicious

Michael is an excellent employee. I remember his name because it’s the same as mine and he gave great customer service. The food was great a great value he deserves a raise. There’s not much good customer service left and you found somebody that gives great customer service. I’d give Michael 10 stars if I could thank you Michael for great service and great food.

Placed order wamped in to place order.Tell them what we wanted sat there for over fifteen minutes.She said she would bring it out to us we waited in the dining area.n We did not receive our food right away. She said it was disappeared. The order disappeared. There was no compensation for the time or her negligence of not knowing how to put the order in right obviously. And the biscuits were hard and tables was not even cleaned off. I had to clean it myself with soap and water out of the bathroom and paper towels. Johnson City area is way better and cleaner and their food is even better. The Hardee’s there, this is in booze creek area that I’m complaining about they either need more help or people that know how to do their job all the above.

We went thru the drive thru and I originally wanted their roast beef sandwich but the lady got smart and said “we don’t have that” then I asked if they still had their curly fries like it said online that they did and I got the same response from the lady. Then we got to the window to pay and she wanted our signature and I’ve never seen that before from a fast food place, so I asked why and she got smart with me and had an attitude saying “if it’s over $25 we make y’all sign the extra receipt”. I’m sorry I don’t have her name because she used someone else’s log in. We never spoke to no male so I know the name on the receipt ain’t hers. On top of all that ignorance the food was burnt and nasty we ended up giving it to our dogs. We spent over $50 so you’d think we’d get what we paid for instead of what this lady gave us…

I spent 30 dollars on food for my family at the local hardees. For starters they didn’t have any chicken tenders available, let alone any chicken. Then I had to choose something else they had available. Then I get home and my western bacon burger has no onion rings. I called the store and asked about the issue and the guy that answered the phone said ya sorry I forgot we didn’t have any when I handed the food out. Didn’t offer to replace the sandwich or any compensation. Also they were out of cherry coke only realized after I drove away had to go back to get a replacment drink. It was also overfill on the lid it spilled all over me when it was handed to me. Paid 4 dollars alone for that…
Safety concern: meanwhile at 2am the backdoor is wide open. Perfect way for the store to get robbed. This rate I should have just went in there and made my own food….
Would like these issues to get resolved if I’m paying extra for my food for late night with poor customer service. Until the issues are fixed I will not be returning I’ll go to tacobell next time.

Went to the Hardee’s on Euclid with my family. Went a little closer to closing and the worker that night Michael took great care of us. The food was amazing and the service was top tier. Highly recommend it.

The gravy was cold and they charged me $2.19 for a small container and the raisin biscuits were hard as baseballs and it took probly 10 mins before the girl came from the back and she had a ear bud in her ear she couldn’t hear us so she had to take it out this Hardee’s still suxs as before with the man manager
