Gosh I walked in for a real quick lunch and I got TOP NOTCH customer service with it. Got to the counter and was greeted by an overly friendly, very chipper, lady at the register. She told me about the daily deal, so of course I ordered that! She offered me a frosty mug with my meal, and then brought it right to my table quickly, and even took the trash when I was done. Full service, in a fast food establishment! Just seeing how upbeat she is, made my day better! She doesn’t have a name tag on but she was working the register a little after noon on Monday the 12th of January. She’s a keeper!

I had forgotten just how good A&W food was as I had not had it in a long while. We each had the Double Alioli Burger. It was just a little messy, may want to ask for light on the sauce if you don’t like a messy burger.

Foods always good. Fresh and hot. Only real issue is the place is very stingy on their sauces. Even if you tell them extra. Even if you offer to pay for extra. The never give it to you. You get one sauce for each item ordered. Witch the packets are so low it doesn’t give you nearly enough to finish your meal. Update. Thought I’d try it again. Completely got the wrong item. I get mistakes happen but it really sucks when you pay over $4 for a hotdog only to have to throw it on the trash.

8-28-2025 6pm. First thing we noticed when we came in was a family sitting at a table allowing their little mongrels to run freely through the restaurant with no regard to it’s effect on other patrons, literally shaking the floor and repeatedly ringing some bell. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we waited for about 10 minutes at the counter for someone to take our order. It looked as though the staff was to busy playing on their phones to be bothered to come take our order. We were finally greeted by someone with a room temperature personality to take our order. He wasn’t rude but seemed to lack any sense of urgency. The server who brought our food was pleasant enough and the food was as expected. Overall not the best experience we’ve had here. Seems the staff lacks leadership.

I ordered and looked at my food sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before going up and asking the hot girl if it’s mine. She said sorry I was texting and then gave it to me. After eating, my friend and I began leaving and then they asked if we wanted their Snapchat. I rang the bell 9 times and left.

My friend and I came in to get some food, i ordered the number 2 and asked for ranch, the young brunette girl got the ranch and put it on the counter just a little in front of the register, after we paid and she gave us our cups I still saw my ranch sitting there so I simply just grabbed the ranch I paid for assuming she just forgot to hand it to me. When me and my friend went to sit down and wait for our food we hear the girl who took my order and another brunette girl with glasses bad mouthing how it was weird that I grabbed the ranch. They were giving me dirty looks and imitating what i looked like doing it. It’s dead silent in there so I don’t know why they would think I wouldn’t be able to hear them gossiping about me. The food was good just overall nobody wants to be made fun of while trying to eat at a restaurant.
