This is not the best Hardee’s that I have been to. The breakfast sandwich was very dry and seems like it might have been sitting around for a while. The venue itself, including the bathroom, was clean. This is an ok place to stop by if you need a break from the highway, but it’s not worth seeking out.

The manager or whomever answered the phone three times and hung up on us twice. She didn’t care that the app was not working and we were in a little time crunch. Nor her problem, the app not working is not her problem, she can’t take any order, not her problem. I called several times bcuz we order large quantities of tenders! I was even asked to call ahead by employees at this location. This didn’t even want to give me her name, nor corporate number. She is useless! So hardees this is what were doing? That give zero about customer service, and obviously no customer service quality expected. When she answered the phone, her more than wonderful customer service voice(NOT) told me she wasn’t going to be nice AT ALL!! AND SHE WAS NOT AT ALL!!!

Every time I have been here the food has been disgusting. Will not be going back. Spicy Chicken Sandwich tough and cold. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger, no pickles. Got a cold double cheeseburger with one piece of unmelted cheese, pickles, and a piece of onion the size of a quarter! Things like this have happened every time I have been. The breakfast is always good. Won’t happen anymore. I dont plan on going back for lunch or dinner.

Do not spend your money at this restaurant. This is the 2nd time we got our Frisco sandwiches like this. TERRIBLE!! This is false advertisement and theft. There is NO ham at all in this “Frisco” sandwich. The chicken in the chicken biscuits has been like chewing rubber. No more of my money!!

There was HAIR – long, BLACK HAIR – in our food!!!
I ordered the StarPals Kids Meal with a cheeseburger, and after eating about 1/4, on the next big bite I felt a hair tightly stretch across my tongue. I immediately spit out the food into a napkin, but the memory of it made me heave, so I couldn’t really look at it. I ran to the bathroom and spit out the rest of it, while gagging and barely keeping down what I’d already eaten.
I didn’t finish that or my fries afterward and threw them away. An hour later, I decided I’ll try one of my husband’s Hardee’s fries, and pulled one out of the middle of the Large fry bag he bought. I was planning to split it in half and inspect it first, but that wasn’t necessary:
There was a long, black hair (see PHOTOS) twisted all around this fry, which had been in the very center of the bag, both bag depth- and height-wise.
My husband has white-grey hair, and mine is a light reddish brown. This was clearly not our hair. I’ll be calling Corporate.

Cheeseburger burnt on edges, overcooked, fries mixed with hot and older fries. Lemonade was good. All for 11.28, outrageous and a shame to pay so much for something this terrible

No one on front line at 8:44 a.m. After 5 minutes cashier/ manager proceeds to bag drive thru order w back to me. A few minutes later I hear” take your order?”
More time elapses and my order is slid in front of me at counter . I guess that was my signal to disappear so she could get on with whatever was happening in back. I’m going to do her a favor and not return. The couple in front of me left without ordering. I see why I’m the only person dining inside on a Sunday morning during prime breakfast hours. They do a terrific job of posting a QR code for a survey, on the register counter , so you have plenty of time to give them an honest review while you wait for the poor service!

Ordered two large cokes with light ice and two ice waters was charged 13.37. The two ice waters were same price as two large cokes. I never asked for large water.Mind you I usually get a med cup for free at Hardees.Somebody help Jada she is BAD FOR BUSINESS! Now I know why it looked closed when I came up this place won’t last Much longer with this kind of stuff going on.
