I made my order on-line last night. It was a large pepperoni with extra cheese and olives, with an order of pepperoni puffs and a 2 liter of Pepsi. I got my order in a timely manner, however when I was telling the driver that this is not what I ordered, pointing to the pizza. It was a cheese pizza that looked like it had sat out all day. It was very hard and room temperature and the olives looked as they just tossed them on there as a last thought. Their were no pepperoni, not even a crum of pepperoni. No drink in sight. The drive told me it’s what the pizza maker said was my order so he just took it and left. He didn’t take a few seconds to open the box to look at the pizza before leaving. He continued to tell me to just take it and call the store to get it fixed. That they will take care of it. He left rather quickly. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. Man picked up the phone and said exactly “what’s this about?” I told him what happened with the pizza and about n ok t even getting the Pepsi. He said he had to call the manager, then he would call me back. I gave him my phone number, but he never called me back. I want to receive what I did not get last night…. a large mostest pepperoni with Extra Cheese and olives, the my 2 liter Pepsi. The pepperoni puffs were absolutely delicious! If you haven’t tried them yet, they are a must have.
To tell a customer that you will call them back regarding stale food that you just didn’t want to loose money on…. shame one you! I would like to have this delivered to me ASAP.

We ordered a pepperoni with stuffed crust & the parmesan garlic sauce & a regular cheese pizza. They yet again didn’t put the garlic parmesan on the crust (but we yet again paid for it) hardly any cheese & it was very dry (hardly any sauce) we were gonna eat em til I discovered they were under cooked. They were great about remaking them but they yet again were very dry (hardly any sauce) but not under cooked.

The 2 guys working bought me a pizza while i was waiting on a wrecker for my vehicle that had broke down coule weeks ago and i had left my wallet at home an hour and half away. I started feeling week because i am diabetic and glucose was droping. These gentlemen were not only kind and giving, they were life savers. Thank u gentlemen.

Idk who’s making the pizzas mainly but 3rd time I’ve gotten a pizza with NO SAUCE hardly. Like put Sauce on the pizza. Next time this happens I promise I will throw the whole pizza at whoever is making it. Get ur stuff together.

Tried app for first time, placed phone order as leaving office, when I arrived meal was already on “delivery station”. Punch in order code, grab meal and I’m gone, no wait. I’ll be using that again!

The girl working had attitude, was cussing at another employee when I walked in. I asked for the lunch combo and she said they don’t have the stuff to make the deep dish combo…. How do you not have the stuff to make a deep dish but do for everything else? Called pure laziness. And she isn’t even the one making food. Just standing around talking to male employee.
