Customer service Sucks. The young lady is just there for a pay check. I drive truck for a living and I have been stopping at this exit for over 20 years or more. I WILL NOT eat hear again. Dinning room needs cleaning and the drink station needs cleaning. I’m not impressed at all. Lost my business

I had previously given this location a 5 star review but after many disappointing visits I have changed my mind. My orders are always missing items. Today I was the only person In the drive thru. The person was rude and uninterested, and they manage to not give me fries with my meal or honey mustard with my dry tenders. I asked for a cinnamon bun I didn’t get that either. I asked for a cherry coke and a regular coke. I got two regular cokes that taste awful. Coca Cola company should check out this location for messing up a simple coke. Y’all are not it. Hardee’s owes me money.

Recent drive-thru experiences!
Two weeks ago we were given at biscuit that was actually black because it was burnt so bad.
Last week we ordered a star burger with medium fries. The fries were cold, with no signs of even a trace of heat.
Today, with 5 cars ahead of us it took 26 minutes to get a star burger with medium fries and a coke.
Basically this store is in need of adult supervision.
While all of the above points out issues I’ve recently experienced, I would like to add a positive observation of one employee (Kheyenne) that keeps me coming back.
My interactions with Kheyenne are mainly at the drive-thru. You see, I order breakfast for my wife and myself each time we come to the store. The order is always the same and Kheyenne picked up on that. I’ve also requested at times a few additional napkins and hot sauce. Now when I receive my order it always has the additional napkins and hot sauce in the bag. What’s most impressive is somehow Kheyenne has trained other employees that work the drive-thru to do the same. The drive-thru runs like a clock when she is there and it is greatly appreciated.
Kheyenne is a great asset to Hardee’s and should be commended for her work ethics.

It’s an older Hardee’s but the food quality is above par, and the service is reasonable as well as the cleanliness of the facility. I really like it that they are NOT forcing their mobile app down your throat but it is there for those who care to use it . Pricing is great for what you get.

Pretty much my brother and I love the big bag deal where you have 2 choices of menu items for the bag, French fries and a drink for under $7.00. My brother likes the double cheeseburger and chicken sandwich for his 2 choices. I like the Chili dog and chicken wrap, they have other choices as well! Great value for your money.

We are from out of town and decided to visit this Hardee’s. I ordered a cinnamon bun. It was very hard. You can tell that it had been microwaved. So, we took it back. I asked if it had been microwaved. She said, yes! I was given another one and should have checked it before I left. Opened the bag and it was the same thing!! Don’t go to Hardee’s! What they need is a visit from Gordon Ramsey. The charge was over $3.00+. I was going to go back but I decided to send this warning. If you’re coming to I believe to be route 1, paas this place up! Look at how they even presented the napkins! Who want napkins that were balled up into your hands when they need to wipe their mouth on them.

I went through the drive thru. The young man behind the counter was very friendly. My meal was nice and hot. I ordered a large plain UNSWEETENED tea, NO ICE. You would be surprised how many times my drink comes out wrong. Everything was exactly what I ordered. He’s my friend for life now.
