Doordashed here and watched the entire crew meltdown as Reggie, the manager left his shift 3 hours early and didn’t set anything up for the lunch shift. He then continued to offer the “hotline” number to everyone in line as he was creating the chaos. Left the dining area filthy and then sat in his truck and watched the inside struggle

Not very busy. Never really a wait. Food is fresh and made in the spot so might take an extra minute but it’s worth it. The guy working there was very polite. Hadn’t had Hardee’s in a white i had honestly forgotten how good their burgers are. Get the Frisco you won’t be disappointed.

This location used to be amazing when they had a young black female breakfast manager but no longer…. Might as well close the store now that she is gone!!!!! Young girl with red hair at cash register was more worried about playing on her phone and watching TikTok videos we had to point out when things came up totally ridiculous. Two people that were ahead of us didn’t get their orders until after us just ridiculous whoever the general manager or district manager is for this store needs a new job because parties as a whole has been going downhill with bad customer service but this location used to be amazing all it took was removing their breakfast manager and sending her to another location now they might as well close this store for breakfast 30 minutes to get three chicken biscuits ridiculous.

This was my first time at a Hardee’s and while the store was a bit run down, the breakfast truly blew me away. I didn’t know that the biscuit and gravy would be as delicious as it was! I would definitely go there more often if I lived in Virginia!

The service here is always good and the food is always very good. Their platters are reasonable. I especially love the hot fresh biscuits. Today the biscuits were shaped like hearts. What a nice surprise. Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

Just left Hardee’s and it was only the cook and the lady working the drive thru and register they both did a great job food was nice and fresh her customer service was great as well and the food did not take long at all to come out definitely will be back when I’m on this side of town

Customer service is lacking. I used drive thru and the employee gave no greeting or eye contact. The menu board needs to be fixed. Unable to read due to the signs falling inside the case.The food was hot and fresh thankfully
