This is by far one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and the service is consistently great. A special shoutout to the general manager, Maricela — she always has a warm smile and such a positive attitude. Her energy truly makes a difference and takes the stress out of a hectic day. You can tell she genuinely cares about her team and the customers. Highly recommend this location!

I had such a positive experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill thanks to Mark, who was truly amazing. He prepared the food with so much care and mindfulness, and you could tell he genuinely took pride in his work. It was refreshing to see that level of intention and kindness these days. He was warm, patient, and respectful, and it honestly made the whole visit feel better. Simple moments like that really stand out and make a difference.

I’m not trying to bash anyone. I recently moved to the area and unfortunately this is the nearest location. The food was looking very dull. The grill was in need of cleaning. The kitchen and staff looked disorganized. I get it. It was 10 pm on a Sunday and everyone wants to be home. But you can’t provide food like this. I can comment all day about each item I got in my bowl but it would be endless. The rice wasn’t even properly cooked. Basics!! I really hope some change happens because I refuse to believe this is what I will deal with every time I need to order Chipotle. It’s not only a staff issue but a whole operation issue. My best hope is that it was just an off time…. Ps I’m not looking for the robotic answer please reach out to us. I already did. Just take action.

I’ve been to many Chipotles around the US and never experienced bad service until now at the Fairfax location on Lee Street. This time I ordered takeout, and the portions were like gourmet food really small portions —what’s wrong with them? The service was awful. The flavor was different. The atmosphere was horrible. Truly one of my worst Chipotle experiences.

I don’t eat Chipotle often, but the one time I did, I found hair ingrained in the guacamole. That tells me whoever prepared it wasn’t wearing a hair net. It was extremely gross and completely turned me off. I won’t be eating Chipotle again for a long time.

The manager is super rude. She is a racist. She is literally cutting down portions for a lot of immigrants but for white people, she is putting a lot. This is very unacceptable, especially at chipotle. I’ve never faced such bad experience in my life. This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Please avoid this place. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining. They’re right.

I thought it was just specific chipotles but now I’m certain it’s just the franchise entirely. I ordered a steak burrito and there was no steak. I literally thought the workers there have to be playing a joke on us since it was a delivery order and I’m not there to watch them make it. I always have so much hope when I order a burrito because there was a time they used to be good… sadly, that time is in the past.
