I’m visiting Texas. My friend told me she loves the tamales from Tommy’s. We stopped here to try them, and wow!!! Ended up getting a taco platter and the Hatch Chile & pork tamales. Michaela was so kind to us, she explained everything on the menu to us. 5 Star customer service.

Total scam of a restaurant. Drove 30 minutes to pick up tamales and after buying them, saw stacks and stacks of boxes near the restroom of frozen Padrino brand tamales. The same ones you can buy at the grocery store.

Wow, this place surprised me, my wife wanted to go here but I wasn’t sure because of previous experience with other places like this, related to the tasteless tamales, but this place omg! The taste is great, the beans, the rice, the salsas, wow! It was great taste! I just found a hidden gem!! I totally recommend this place! The food is great (believe me).

Our favorite tamales spot closed down a year or so ago and I was bummed until my husband found Tommy Tamale. It’s literally the best tamales we’ve had in Texas for sure! They also offer freshly made one that are immediately frozen so that you can enjoy them at. They taste just as good when prepared as the directions instruct you to. The Beef and the Habanero Pork are my personal two favorites. The staff is super helpful and very welcoming especially upon learning it was our first time there. We visited the Coppell location about a week before Christmas. It’s definitely worth a try!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Now granted I’ve only had the Tommy tamale bowl but DANG it’s good. It’s got the tamale/s of your choice over rice, chili, cheese and deliciousness. It’s only like $10 and it’s a ton of food. My friends have branched out and had other items on the menu – everyone loved everything. So, so good. Go enjoy!

This was the first time at this location but the service was the same as the other Tonmy Tamales. The customer service was awesome and the wait time was none existent. Our food was serve hit and fast. My daughter and I loved every minute down to the last morsel. I would recommend this location to my family.

Great tamales. Great prices. The queso is awesome, however I did not think it had a kick to it. The pinto bean and black bean tamale taste similar to me. The chicken tamale is the BEST one. Tastes so authentic. The salsa it comes with has a kick and not too spicy. The Cilantro rice is cooked great.

We’re new to the area and this has been our favorite try so far! Extremely kind and VERY fast service, reasonable pricing, and the food was delicious. On top of their regular menu, they sell their sauces jarred/bottled, and their chips. Even with the small plates, we both got so full we couldn’t finish.

Service is so arrogant. I could feel the energy. Five people were talking to each other when I went in there. You know why they are workless. I ordered tamales and a quesadilla. The quesadilla is plain and basic and has no flavor. Just awful.
