Tried out the pulled chicken and gumbo with side of baked beans..all food is perfectly prepared and has younique taste and style. Very home cooked taste. Chicken was soft and not chewy, like pulled chicken should be. The beans have a tiny sweet and smoky flavor to them and gumbo is flavorful all around. Great lunch food

I have used Harbor Que for various parties and they are a hit every time They are so easy to work with. Prices are super reasonable and the food is delish! I highly recommend! The pit beef is one of my faves put the pulled pork is also amazing. Can’t go wrong with any of the sides.

I eat at Harbor Que atleast once a week, it’s a hidden gem…I LOVE their food! My go-tos are Pit Turkey, Pit Beef, Coleslaw and Mac & Cheese. Fantastic! The amount of smoke is perfect. Coleslaw & Mac are always fresh! Oh and the hush puppies…yum!

All the people leaving good reviews have no taste buds. The food was SO nasty nobody in my whole family wanted to finish their meals. Mac n cheese was flavorless and watery. Pulled pork had weird texture and was DRY as as a desert. The bbq wings tasted nasty the sauce tasted like glorified ketchup. Then on top of that they mess the cornbread up. Tasted like refrigerator and was waaay too sweet. Yall need to have a staff meeting and get new chefs or new recipes or something cause lord never again will I be returning what a waste of money. Yall need to invest in some damn seasoning. Store brand bbq sauce taste better than whatever that concoction was. I will pray every night that they get out of the neighborhood and replace with a new shop that sells edible food.

So happy to have HarborQue close to home in Millersville. I had it before when it was in the city and it was such a treat but rarely convenient. I ordered the pulled pork platter with slaw and green beans, delicious! Meat was juicy and tender. Kids split an order of mac n cheese and hush puppies. They loved it! Husband used to get the Carolina nachos when the restaurant was in Bmore but they’ve since taken them off the menu. He got the loaded fries and said they were good. He missed the crunch of the chips underneath and said beans would have been good to add but still delicious. We ate outside at the picnic table and it was nice. We’ll definitely be back!

Visited Sunday. Ordered brisket sandwich and a half rack of baby back rib platter. The brisket was a mixture of lean and moist. Had a good flavor. The two sides, beans and potato salad were also good. The ribs were another story. They were old, hard and dry and slathered in bbq sauce. All you had to do was look at them to know that they would be unacceptable. So my question is, why would you serve those. Also, I’ve never been to a bbq joint that would only sell brisket by the whole pound. Strange. Certainly not putting their best foot forward. But I will give the a 2nd chance.

The 2 times I ate there I thought the food was good. However the hours are horrible . I don’t know how you expect to run a business and not be open for dinner, also I tried to call for lunch last week and I was told they’re closed the rest of the month on vacation! How do you make any money when your store is ostensibly closed
