Hidden gem alert. Phenomenal food, big portions, and way better than you’d expect from a small bar. Big dining room, and the bar was packed with locals (always a good sign). Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. Absolutely worth the stop. I’ll be back.

Nice local restaurant with good food, affordably priced and good service. They have a special Lenten menu which is nice. Kaylee our server was friendly and attentive. If you are in the area, I would recommend stopping in.

Very nice local place. Restaurant separate from bar. Outdoor seating weather permting. Clean. Staff is kind. Specials by the day. Calendar denotes what is on. Closed on Mondays. Pics of order: prime rib mashed potato with gravy vegetable baked stuffed haddock baked potatoe vegetable cowboy crispy chicken sandwich & fries. Fries are really good. To go: margrahta & pepperoni both are fantastic!

What the heck happened to this place? Used to be one of our favorite places to eat and relax. Two subpar visits over the past few months plus failed attempts to call in to-go orders (calls either went to a full voicemail box or disconnected altogether) have left us wondering what changed. Second of our two attempts to eat there recently was awful. We got placemats and silverware but that was it. We never saw the young girl that did the setup again and the actual server never came to our table despite making a few trips to nearby tables. She didn’t seem to be a multitasker whatsoever. After sitting there for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged we walked out and went elsewhere. We probably won’t be back and will stick to ordering to-go from places that actually pickup the phone.

Fantastic place in the middle of the Laurel Highlands. Suprised at the quality of the food and the service. Gina was exceptional and an extemely good server. The food was amazing. They do it right here! Wings and shrimp are a must.

Last night we had the most crappy experience there. We reserved a table for 9 people and four of them got their food in about 45 min (!!!) while the other 5 sat there and waited an additional 45 minutes! Once food had arrived the others were finished. We also did not get everything we ordered. One Philly cheese steak was burnt and without cheese.
The host of our party went outside for a cigarette and another employee came out and was frankly very rude and not sympathetic to what occurred.
Making excuses that the 2 kitchen staff were new.
She copped a major attitude. To be fair they did give us 50% off the bill not including drinks, but seriously, this experience left us all not wanting to return to the Harbor.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First time in my life I walked out of a restaurant (without any food). My husband and I ordered an appetizer, a steak salad, and a steak dinner. We waited for over an hour for them to bring out the steak dinner. It was cold and didn’t look very appetizing. They said my steak salad was still going to be a while since they made a chicken salad by mistake. I never got my appetizer. We told the waitress sorry and that we weren’t going to pay for the steak dinner, gave it back and told her don’t worry about the steak salad and appetizer. We walked out and went to another restaurant. Prior to receiving the awful steak dinner we waited 30 minutes for a pre made side salad that was a side to the steak dinner. My husband said he didn’t want peppers in the side salad when ordering but when the waitress brought out the side salad she said sorry the salads are pre made and they come with peppers. How do you wait 30 minutes for a small pre made side salad??? The service was absolutely horrendous and it wasn’t busy. There were other people in the dining room complaining as well. Never again.
