This is considered a “Super green salad”.. there was microwaved chicken and white colourless tomatoes with spinach thrown on top.. the lettuce under the spinach was shredded iceberg lettuce that you would get on a typical fast food submarine sandwhich. The wraps are pre made and frozen.. They also ask you if you want your food for dine in or to go.. for dining in, there is very limited seating and no napkins or silverware available. And good luck getting in line or viewing the menu before ordering, your confined to a small aisle breathing on top of of people or them on you.. this review is to spread awareness that just because it’s advertised as a Healthy Option doesn’t mean it is. On a positive note, The staff was kind and prompt.

I love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The food is delicious and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I come multiple times per week and have really gotten to know the family who runs this location and the Freehold one. Great people! TSC has an excellent rewards program as well. Highly recommend signing up for the app.

I have not had food here, but no option for NA. I only had smoothies, but find them either tart or not sweet. Smoothie options are limited, if you don’t want yogurt. A little on the expensive side.

SMALL BIZ FAMILY OWNED. That alone should be reason enough for you to give it a shot. I had the spinach feta egg cheese wrap and it was frigging scrumptious. Mostly a to-go place but a couple of tables. Give them your business!
