Update : after waiting an after waiting a hour and 45 minutes for my food, they didn’t give me the entire order even though they charged me for it. When I called to ask for a partial refund, they gave me the excuse that they couldn’t do it, and they would have to refund the entire order. At this point, they should’ve been willing to do that with how many issues they had. They had no remorse and that is ultimately why I will tell people they shouldn’t order from here. Terrible customer service!
Food is great but service is absolutely terrible. We live literally one stoplight down from this location so it shouldn’t take long to get food even on a busy night. I ordered over an hour ago and still haven’t received my food which is the order of a burger and fries and a shake. Every time I call, they tell me the driver is on the way. Will learn next time not to ever order from this location. 🙁

Ordered 2 lg pizzas, both were really good. Cheese pepperoni and Italian sausage on one, cheese pepperoni and mushrooms on the other. They were ready on time when I picked them up. I would recommend this place!

We ordered savys from here all time. And i feel like its faster if we get it delivered rather than we order it ourselves and pick it up. Usually when we get delivery its about a 30-45mins. But the last time i picked it up on my way home cause i was already out, i ordered it before I left work, which was 30min drive. And then when i got there i had to wait another 20 mins. Like sure the foods hot, but now its almost 10pm and i still gotta drive it home and it wont be “hot” anymore once i get there.

charging 5.99 for frozen minced onion rings, that used to be real and good quality.
If you’re going to downgrade the quality you should lower the prices. I can buy a bag of frozen onion rings at the grocery store for cheaper. Food here is made lazily now and by 15 year olds who dgaf. Not coming back even though I live next door.

Asked on phone for tarter sauce, did pick up, man infront of me complain about fish dinner, boy with long hair couldn’t help me unless on register that customer b4 me was done complaining at, then finally brown haired girl able to help me, rang me up almost 40$ & I asked if tarter sauce was in bag, reassured it was got home to telegraph & plymouth… NO TARTER SAUCE! CALLED & TOLD IT Was my choice to drive to Ann arbor & plymouth or not not credit no nothing!! No wonder guy infront of me was upset! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO MORE! My 1st time ordering here. I was excited. We had seen a commercial for the 8piece Bbq chicken. Looked good. So, We ordered the barbecue chicken and three-piece codfish online.They called me & said they didn’t have the barbecue chicken. Ok. No problem. Just the fish is fine. We Got the codfish home. It was Burnt. And tasted light the grease was old when they cooked it.
