A fun experience of building your own delicious sundae! BYOC has a great concept of allowing the customer to choose all the ingredients that they want in a sundae. The cookies are large, warm, and soft. The Hersheys ice cream comes in a wide range of flavors and actually stays cold on top of the warm cookie. The toppings are plentiful and delicious. All of this is topped with whipped cream and a cherry. The milkshakes are very good sized and thick! A nice place for a cool treat on a hot day!

Great little spot. Creative. Great staff. Great location. Great sweets. I really enjoyed the diverse options. I enjoyed a safe brownie fudge cookie w vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge while my son enjoyed his sugar cookie w cake batter ice cream topped w gummy bears, original not sour. And yes, BYOC will see us again next year.

Can’t beat the review of a couple of kids so many customization options they were in ice cream topping heaven. My son was over the moon excited about his having marshmallow charms on top. Nice little trailer ice cream spot. Great little refreshment. Tons of other options for creating your perfect cookie sundae or just a yummy real milkshake. BYOCs pictured: cake batter sugar cookie + cotton candy ice cream + marshmallow charms, whipped cream and cherry. Chocolate chip cookie + peanut butter caramel cookie dough ice cream + Reese’s pieces, whipped cream and cherry.

Best cookies and ice cream we’ve had, HANDS DOWN!!! One thing that was amazingly surprising was that the ice cream temperature felt super cold the entire time, even after melting in over 100 degrees weather… HOW???!!! Cookies were prefect, warm, chewy and creamy!!! Too bad we found this during our last day of our stay on the island.

Really simple but genius idea. You pick the stuff you like and you make a sundae.
We did a brownie with cookies and cream and Oreo. It’s not just the sum of its parts. It all works together so well. The warm cookie and the ice cream is great. Not a new concept but a great idea for a quick treat. Just a food truck on a parking lot with some seating. Easy grab and go stuff.

An adorable and delicious food truck that sells cookie and ice cream treats! They have so many different flavors of ice-cream and a lot of different cookies to choose from (all of which are warm and homemade!) I chose the cake batter sugar cookie with birthday cake ice-cream and rainbow sprinkles, and my boyfriend chose the cookie sandwich with chocolate chip cookies, and cookies and cream ice-cream with peanut butter cups mixed in. Both were delicious! This is such a fun little food stop, and they have a lot of outdoor seating (all with umbrellas to shade from the sun) and some of the tables are made from repurposed rain barrels, which I thought was really cool!!

So yummy! So many choices! Included a pic of their current menu. Had the chocolate brownie cookie with chocolate chip cookie dough icecream and rainbow sprinkles with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Generous portion. Homemade cookies that are heated to order. Ample parking in back of food truck. Great location to stop and enjoy dessert. They even have two seating areas with umbrellas. Looking forward to trying more choices in the future. Update went back 2nd time in two days! Soo worth it. I think we’re addicted!

Such a fun idea. Ice cream on a hit summer day, what a great idea. Bonus is the yummy cookie 🙂 probably could have split one but there were too many options. A great after dinner stop for the family. Dairy and gluten free options!

Oh man. what a place. it’s delicious and kind of alot. I couldn’t finish a milkshake and my kids tag teamed a single cookie with a single scoop and sprinkles. all in all will absolutely visit again but may rethink my purchase.
