Pretty average food, super size isn’t that super for the price, all smiles at the register however they’re a little Shady when it came to charging the customer (me). $20 for the rice, $25 for the beef something $48 together (with tax I’m assuming) but I was charged $50. Maybe extra $ was for credit card, I don’t know and wasn’t told.

Portion theft this is what you call family size almost 10 dollars for each I’ve gone to many other Chinese food places where I got way more for less and previous your quality has go down your pork in my rice was thick ham and the orange chicken was basically ketchup covered chicken nuggets. Last time we came here everything was great, but these changes are enough for us to not ever come back.

Not very happy with today’s order. It was package wrong but didn’t know how bad it was till I got in the car (They were in a hurry) and it was leaking all over the bag by the time and my seat. Was too late to turn around. It was the sauce for my husband’s food that should have been in the container. Well instead it got all over my order, cookies, and sauce packets etc. So he hardly had any sauce for his food.
Then opened my order to see they hardly filled the container. I get this dish frequently and I have never seen it so bare as it was tonight. Usually I can’t see the bottom at all and there was so much room to add more like they normally do. Look at edge of pic and see all bare space. It has never been like this!! If this is how they are going to serve it, I won’t be ordering it anymore. Very disappointed tonight.

They were busy but stayed up with the demand. Really enjoyed the customer service provided by the cashier. She smiled, was friendly, and also was aware of the issues going on within the store. She noticed several people budged me in line. She made good on that without having to say a word. She made sure to wish each customer a happy New year. This associate deserves 5 gold stars. However, the food was as expected from them. It’s not JMK Nippons but it’s quick Chinese on your way home from work.

It was the day of the Iron Man race in June. I ordered at lunch time and tried to ask if it came with an egg roll,b but the lady didn’t answer me. I was surprised to get fried rice and very, very little chicken with it. Normally white rice is what you get and you have to request fried rice. This was very greasy and had chicken grissel and a hair in it! I thought I should just eat the fortune cookie and even that was so stale I had to spit it out. Most disgusting Chinese I’ve eaten in a long, long time. I looked around me and there was a wrench on the floor under the table next to me and the floor was very dirty with dust balls The place was pretty dirty if you looked at it.
