I have been going to this location for years, but as of the last few times it has been something off. Last night and now this afternoon was it for me and now here is the review: last night I was served hush puppies fried as hard as a rock and fries that was old and old chicken that was edible but the smallest wings I have ever seen. I called when I made it home and because they were closing was told to bring it back today. I ate the chicken last night because I was hungry which is why I ordered food to begin with. I called today before I came to explain and Joseline was very rude and inconsiderate. After her explaining she did not work last night and there was no manager available and she was doing her job, I ended up buying another meal because I wanted my chicken replaced (which was crazy) and they remade the fries and hush puppies separately from the meal because I refused to pay another 1.99 up charge with my meal today. Oh after I got a little annoyed with the principle of me having to repurchase food that they clearly messed up the night before, the manager that Joseline said was not available had her give me a courtesy lemonade for my troubles and time wasted. It was a little too late to make this bad situation any better, but I took the lemonade and waited another 10 minutes for my 6 hush puppies and handful of fries that I called ahead for and still were not ready when I got there! This situation could have been a simple exchange, I return my food and they remake it and throw a few wings in there for my troubles not a lemonade. I’m ending this review with check your food before you leave this location because you will be inconvenienced with returning after the food purchase. She also said I couldn’t be refunded. Another crazy thing as well!

This location is not as good as the Shark’s on Baseline Road or North Little Rock. You can definitely taste a difference in the food from the other locations to this one. Here, they don’t even put the lemon zest powder on the fish. All the soft drink and tea machines were out of order. The bread / toast had some weird brown stain that is not a presentable item. The cross beam above your head looks like it’s about to snap in half. The place needs to be cleaned up as well. Music was on full blast which is good for the soul but not for the hearing aid I wear lol. I’m sure they can make this into a four star out of five – if they tried. I’ll be back another time to give them a second chance.

There credit card machine is double charging customers, rather than fix the issue they are using it and not wanting to issue refunds. I notified the business after speaking to them about the double transaction. I was advised to call back and let the owners know. I called a couple days later after verifying through my bank that I was doubled charged. I go in after they said they would refund me and to be told they weren’t bc I didn’t look like the same person. I provided an ID with the card that had been double charged and was still looked at as if I was trying to steal $6. I then provided the bank statement via app. The tussle I to go through for pennies. Please take your business elsewhere if you’re not paying with cash.

Every time we go in the workers there are very rude, they had around 35 minutes till they closed and told us we couldn’t eat there cause they were closing soon, it was only me and my father so we weren’t going to take long. We told them we weren’t going to take long and around 25 minutes till they closed the lady told us we had five minutes, she also turned the lights off till her coworker told her to turn them back on, the lady told us once more not even five minutes later that we had 5 minutes. We left around 15 minutes till they closed, and the lady locked the door when we left.

Everytime we come from California to visit Family in Little Rock, we always seem to stop at this Sharks location on Otter Creek Pkwy and they never fail to provide great service and delicious food.
This time we were provided an excellent experience from the current staff Karissa and Khalie.
They made sure all of our needs and taste buds were met.
