We came here on Saturday with the whole family and honestly, it was such a great deal for the price. The self-serve area had tons of veggie options, plus a really good variety of cold dishes and hot items. The walnut shrimp was SO good — the shrimp were huge and perfectly cooked.
We went with the premium package and loved it. The cheese shrimp balls were probably our favorite — when you bite into them, the cheese just melts out, and it’s all real shrimp inside. I’ve never had that at an AYCE hot pot place before! The roasted lamb leg was also amazing — crispy on the outside and super tender inside.
The restaurant itself is very clean, and the ventilation system works really well. We didn’t leave smelling like hot pot at all, which is a big plus. Definitely coming back!

Full wall bathroom doors, paper towel and air dry options. We had a big party Saturday at noon and got seated right away. We ordered 4 plates of meats each round for two rounds and I was completely full. There’s cotton candy! Just need to ask for the kids and it’s free. All the staff members were extremely attentive and the service was fast! We had a great dining experience here and would definitely come back or visit another location.

Just had an incredible meal at Happy Lamb Hot Pot on Beach Blvd – easily 5 stars! The premium meats (New Zealand lamb and Australian Wagyu) were top-notch, and the lamb shank was perfection – tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of richness. The house broths are simmered for hours, so flavorful you really don’t need dipping sauces.
Everything was fresh, the restaurant is super clean and comfy with a cozy vibe, and the portions/value for an all-you-can-eat experience are amazing. Great service, too! This place is a must-try for hot pot lovers in Westminster. Highly recommend!

This was my second time here, and I have to say that AMY is by far the best waitress I’ve ever had anywhere. She is extremely professional, welcoming, and eager to please. Not only was she attentive and helpful with me, but I also noticed how kind and efficient she was with everyone around her. She’s truly amazing, always on top of her game, and makes the whole dining experience feel special. Customer service like this is rare, and Amy sets the standard.

The service is attentive, professional, and makes the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Lunch is $25.99 and weekends start at $35.99, which is very fair considering the freshness and variety of ingredients.
The lamb was excellent — tender and flavorful — and the beef was prepared beautifully. I tried both the mushroom and original bases, and each one was rich, balanced, and full of flavor. On top of that, they offer plenty of great extras: noodles, fried chicken, fried rice, and other options if you want to create your own mix. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and carefully prepared.
This place really sets the bar for hot pot with its quality, cleanliness, and service. Definitely worth recommending to anyone who enjoys a satisfying and professional dining experience.

If you’re craving Chinese hot pot, you won’t be disappointed! Such a pretty space that’s warm, spacious, and clean. I mainly eat here for the House Spicy Broth since it’s hard to come by Chinese hot pot in my area. The spices and bursts of flavor pair well with the variety of veggies and seafood at the bar. The food and sauce stations remain stocked and clean at all times. The service is good, and the lunch special is reasonably priced! The meat selection is a bit more limited and meat quality is average compared to other spots.

Had such a great experience at Happy Lamb in Westminster! The buffet was super fresh with tons of veggies, seafood, and fish balls to choose from. The New Zealand lamb and Australian Wagyu beef were top quality and so tender. Their broths were amazing — rich, flavorful, and honestly so good even without sauce.

From the moment we walked in everything was spotless and clean, and they treated us with such warmth and attentive care. They walked us through their whole business, explained every premium hot pot item we ordered, and made sure we felt truly taken care of. The hot pot itself was outstanding—every high-quality ingredient was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. This is absolutely a space we’ll be returning to for more.

I have been to Happy Lamb in multiple cities and this one is the best! The place is spacious , service is great. There are tons of ingredients you can choose together with side dishes and southeast asian flat rice noodle and fried rice. Drink is feee. Beef toro with Golden cabbage soup base is my favorite. Everything comes in just $25.99 during workday lunch hours! Highly recommended to hot pot lovers 🙂
