So greedy on the ranch. Ordering $24 of food and they refused to give me a ranch for fries. Also left a 15% tip when I paid for my order. The employees seemed to be used to the speel and blamed managers for the bad policy. I literally got a tiny ranch that wasnt even enough for 2 onion rings, with my meal. The ketchup is so processed and too sweet. I also ordered a pup patty. And asked my charburger to be well done. They under cooked my meat and cooked the pup patty to be super well done. So this made it hard for me to eat a pink burger. I also ordered my food for dine in and they made it to go. This place is a total joke. The staff acts clueless and doesnt understand basic communication. I won’t be wasting another dime here. Greedy businesses like this have no real clue what a valued customer is. Aside from the negative experience, they are so stingy and rude about the ranch with zero interest in keeping customers. I’ve never experienced such a stingy place. I will never be back.

Sure dig the menu offerings at the Habit. It goes beyond the basic burgers and fries. The hamburgers are chargrilled giving it that smoky flavor. The grilled chicken sandwiches are moist and tender. Offered in teriyaki and BBQ flavor. The ahi tuna filet sandwich is also grilled and all so yummy. The portabella mushroom is grilled to a smoky, carmelized flavor. They have an impossible burger and veggie sandwich for the vegetarians. Crispy fried green beans. Sweet potato fries. Four different kinds of salads. Onion rings. Hand spun milkshakes, cones, and sundaes. Besides the HFCS fountain sodas, they offer two types of iced teas and two flavors of lemonade that are made with cane sugar, no HFCS.

You can order on an app, at the onsite self serve kiosk, or in person with a human being. Have been a long time customer at this Folsom location. The current staff has been great, no complaints. On my last visit, Hubs and I dined in for a late weekday dinner. We enjoyed the food. But the majority of tables needed a wipe down and floors directly under the tables sure did need a sweeping. The third table we approached was clean enough to sit at. The other two had kibbles n bites on the table, seats, and/or floor.

This store cheaps out on pick up orders. As someone who spent years working at the habit as a younger person, it is appalling to see the level of laziness in the staff of today’s workforce. I ordered a Santa Barbara char as a pick up order and was served a barely cooked sandwich with a teaspoon of avocado on it. That is not at all how the Santa Barbara charge should be served, based on the photo that is provided on the website and my own personal experience working at this chain. I drove all the way back to request a refund and the manager of the store stared at me blankly and stated that I had to call the helpline to get a refund. Well, there is no helpline and now I’ve sent an email requesting a refund to which I’ve gotten no reply. So I’m out a sandwich and my money. They did request to remake it, but I declined because if they couldn’t make it right the first time, why would I trust they could make it right the second time. Making a sandwich is not difficult. We are loyal customers to this chain and they have now lost our service forever. I will also be letting everyone around us know about the lack of service provided to us by the habit workers, and the fact that the chain does nothing to hire better workers and managers or take care of their customers, regardless how loyal they may be. Do better.

I love it when my burger patty melts black plastic I just LOVE it when my body gets to absorb toxic chemicals, like BDE-209, from a non-microwave safe black plastic that’s been melted by hot grease. I love it!!! ✨️Thank you ✨️

Anyways, the fried green beans are great. Nice and gentle crisp, doesn’t feel greasy and heavy like most fried sides. They come in a paper container, thankfully. Otherwise, there would be no reason to return.

Had a small issue with my order at The Habit Burger in Folsom. I ordered a side salad, but it was rung in incorrectly and I was charged for a different item. When I brought it to the counter, the manager Connor immediately stepped in, listened, and offered a full refund with no hesitation.

What really made the visit shine was how attentive Connor was afterward. He checked on us multiple times, was incredibly kind, and even handed out gummy candy to young kids while wishing everyone a Merry Christmas — something we noticed he did with every customer. We also overheard him coaching the cashier, reminding her to always confirm orders before payment, which showed great leadership.

The food was very tasty, and Connor completely turned a mistake into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Ordered a Chicken Cesar salad with extra chicken. Apparently there is no quality control at this location because my salad was full of soggy, welted Lettuce. It completely ruined my appetite as I questioned how safe it was to eat. It should be unacceptable to serve a salad with this lettuce. Paying almost $18 dollars for a “Fast food” restaurant salad there should be a level of quality that is monitored and served.

I give this place fives starts because of their grilled chicken club. Its absolutely delicious every time. If you have specific requests I suggest ordering in person, but their app does have plenty of options for changes.

Took 30 minutes and still gave the wrong order. How do you mess up that bad??!!! There were no chicken bites, no onion rings, and only gave 1 drink when we said 2. Also, the fact that it took 30 minutes when it was happy hour and there was like 1 customer. The workers at the 4pm shift don’t seem to care at all. They should be fired. I will never come here ever again. If anyone is thinking of eating at Habit burger, don’t ever come to this location!!! Always go to the Folsom Ranch location. The one time I come here because it’s closer, they give me half of my food and take double the time it should take. I usually go to the Folsom Ranch location and the quality and service is 1000 times better than this.

So the food was delicious as always but I didn’t understand “staff tip” so I asked my sister and she said it’s because they have to pay for their own health insurance so I’m okay with it! However the manager asked me if I wanted ranch with my onion rings and yet they were not in my bag!
