We ordered a medium pizza took 45 minutes we are understanding of short staff but when my husband got home with the pizza I lifted the lid and edges were all bubbled up and burnt around edges. We ate what we could we were hungry. I called the manager to explain our situation and he sat in silence I said hello and he asked if we wanted another one to be delivered would take another 45 minutes! I said no we will never order again

We walked in and wondered if we were to sit ourselves or just walked up to order. After figuring that out and ordering we noticed how dirty the place was. The windows on the doors were beyond disgusting. The bathrooms had now paper towels. Staff was just sitting around on their phones and or in the arcade. We were the only people in the place.

We were here today and yesterday from out of town (SC), and had super good food and excellent service. This is one of those places families go to for every special occasion. They bring friends and family that visit. I highly recommend the taco pizza. I ate so much, I could hardly walk. We ate in the restaurant last night and had good, well informed service. Refills kept moving without asking. Today, we used the room with a group of about 30. The hot plate counter kept all pizza hot and staff kept our tables clean. Super good place to go. I strongly recommend it and wish we had one in SC. If they ever want one there, I am willing to open it!

Joe Whittey has got to be rolling over in his grave for what ya’all have done to his pizza!!! Not only are your prices ridiculous but the quality has went down hill dramatically. Not only is the pizza lacking in topping…you also cut back on sauce. It appears you cut back on quality and quantity and increased your prices. Sad to say because Happy Joes had always been my favorite but I will definitely avoid ordering from here again. Believe me when I say it’s not just Eldridge…it’s all of them.

We ordered a delivery order at 6: 30 p.m. Tuesday August 2 and at 9:00 my husband’s like don’t u think u should call and check on pizza it’s been over 2 hours I was like maybe they are busy so I called happy Joe’s they answered said hi we are closed I said we never got our pizza she’s like mam our computers were down for 2 hours so we prolly didn’t get your order I said I didn’t order online I talked to someone on phone she said oh what’s yr name told her she goes real snotty someone tried calling to call u they couldn’t find yr place trust me I had my phone right next to me the whole night ,and they delivered a pizza directly across from my house just and hour before I ordered mine no one called I said are u the manager yes I am she said I said can I talk to someone else she was being so rude never apologized never said would make pizza or here’s a free one nothing I told her she was rude and this was the first time ordering with them and will be my last time I give them a negative 0 stars get good help or your business will go down hill for sure

Just walked in. We had to ask if we sit ourselves. Then we sat down. And watched the girl spray tables. Then she sprayed more tables. And finally walked to the salad bar area and sprayed that. Never asked us anything. So we left.

Waited TWO HOURS for our pizza. It’s barely warm and a complete mess. I was hung up on 4 times while trying to ask how much longer my pizza was going to take. Not happy. I took pictures of it in case management cares to see the disaster we received.

If there was a way to put zero I would. Was in there with 4 adults and 3 kids with no one else in the place. Wouldn’t come out to tell us to sit were ever. Had to ask. Wouldn’t ask if we needed drinks or wanted to order. Half the games were broken. The staff working we’re back in the corner on their phones. This happened on November 14th at 3 pm.

Gave this place another try and was extremely surprised! While they were short staffed on wait staff for a short time, they communicated this well, and still were quick on the turn around to get food. The food was delicious and the wait staff did awesome! Will be back for sure!
