This food truck lacks professionalism, and the food is hit or miss. The only standout item is their samosa chaat—everything else is quite average.
I placed an online order for two items with a wait time of 25 minutes. Upon picking up my order, I realized the papdi chaat was completely bland—just papdi and chutney, nothing like the menu photo, and totally flavorless. When my wife called to address the issue, the staff offered either a refund or a fresh replacement with an additional 15-minute wait. We opted for a replacement.
When we returned after 15 minutes, the staff member embarrassed my wife demanding to see what was wrong with the original order, despite already having the conversation over the phone. To make matters worse, the replacement wasn’t even ready. Instead, he asked if we wanted a different item.
At this point, I stepped in to understand why we were going in circles over a simple order. His explanation? Other customers were also waiting. But logically, since I had placed my order first, it should have been prioritized. If their dish had an issue, it was their responsibility to fix it, not mine.
After a heated discussion, he finally agreed to provide samosa chaat instead (seemingly lacking confidence in their papdi chaat). We waited another 10 minutes, only for him to hand over a refund instead of the item we had been waiting for. Without even asking, he unilaterally canceled my order and handed the money back to my wife, implying that I had no intention of receiving the item in the first place.
This is a prime example of a business that starts gaining traction but fails to treat customers with respect. They clearly don’t value people’s time or provide consistent service. Disappointing experience.
Samosa chat: who wants to eat cold samosa chat?
Dahi puri: good
Paneer pakora: good
Chai Tea: very very pricy($5??). Very very very sweet( may be 50g of sugar and 2g of tea in it)
No trash cans. No facility to drink just water(need to buy)
Atmosphere: its a parking lot and there is already loud sounds of traffic. On top of it there was heavy music played by the owner?? Was not easy to have a conversation.
I am not sure if will ever comeback here.
