As a thriller and romance author, I’m always noticing the details of places I stop while traveling, and Five Guys is a solid choice when you want a hearty meal.
When you walk in, the order counter is immediately to the right, making the flow simple and easy. The interior has a good amount of high-top seating, and there’s also patio seating outside if you want to enjoy your meal in the open air.
The burgers and fries here are definitely more of a premium fast-food experience. It’s not inexpensive, but the quality and portions reflect that. Everything is made fresh, and the flavors are exactly what you expect when you’re craving a good burger.
The staff has always been super nice and quick to help with orders, keeping things moving even when it gets busy.
Overall it’s a great stop when you want a filling meal while spending time at the mall.

I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys Burgers and Fries! The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. We were warmly greeted by Iliana, who was super friendly and took our order with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious everything was made to order and served hot and fresh. The fries were cooked perfectly, crispy and golden, and the hamburgers were juicy and full of flavor. We got our food quickly, and everything tasted amazing. Definitely one of the best burger spots around!

This is my first time at five guys. The place was kinda nice and there was plenty of room to sit. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and it arrived quickly. The burger was well cooked and it tasted great, and the fries were pretty good. Ic couldn’t even finish them all lol. The bathrooms are a bit dirty. The drink fountain has plenty of options and flavors. 5 stars

This was a new burger joint for me. Right now, they have a deal for a small burger combo. I didn’t know that you could get various various add-on toppings, including in the price. The fries or a little different because they are fried and peanut oil. Super goodYou can ask for occasion, seasoning, or salt. It’s an old-school burger joint diner style. And you can snack on really get peanuts while you wait for your fresh burger.

Good food. I place this place at the level of In-n-Out, just double the price. I had a double Pattie bacon cheese burger and just salted fries. They gave me regular Cajun fries… Very spicy, other people in my party enjoyed them just fine. The fries where much better than In n Out.
When doing reviews, I try not to bring up other restaurants, but who living here has not tried them. Easy way to compare.
But again it was a good experience. This place is not for me, a little more expensive than other similar burgers, I don’t mind paying for good quality as long as it’s not over priced for no reason.
If you like burgers definitely give them a shot, you won’t regret it!

The staff is very helpful and friendly the place is extremely clean! I was actually very impressed with how clean it was I will definitely be making this my regular burger stop when in the area! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area it’s definitely worth the drive if you’re not too close

After a day of sightseeing in San Diego, we visited Five Guys. As always, the burgers and fries were fresh and delicious. The staff was accommodating, even preparing a plain, unseasoned patty for my service dog, Richard. I appreciate their consistent quality and service no matter which location we go to – they’re always fresh and delicious!

This place is not cheap, easy menu and friendly staff to walk you through the ordering process if you a new customer.
I’m a plain cheeseburger guy, I believe if the burger tastes good so should any other burger. In all honesty it could be better, the patty and cheese lack flavor. The bun was good and the fries were great!
I dislike that they give you the order in a paper bag, they should use trays and be more eco friendly. The seating was good, my table was dirty. I feel that they could have had it clean since the place was not busy.
I doubt will be return with so many other burger options close by.

I feel this place is kind of over priced, but I will say the burger and fries were amazing. So I can’t complain because the quality was very clear. Plus the dining area was very clean. They even have outdoor seating. Good job guys!

Burger was okay. I’ll say that in flavor is between carl’s jr and in ‘n out. Not the best burger that I have ever had. But it satisfied my burger cravings. Nice friendly staff, good customer service. Might come back.
