My bagel hardly had any cream cheese. I chose for it to be toasted and it wasn’t! My breakfast bagel was missing the sauce and it was not toasted either. I am very disappointed because they usually do better.

went through the drive thru & service was absolutely horrible! the man who took our order was very rude when we asked to split the bill and was very demanding. i ordered a cup of whip cream which i was charged for and they did not give to me so i asked them for it and mid sentence the drive thru window was slammed in my face!!! with a very rude attitude!! will not be coming back , both men should be held accountable for treating customers like that!!

I have been to this location once before and it was great but today was a different story. My husband and I both got the farmers 2 egg sandwiches. Both sandwiches had very little smear on them. My sandwich was burned on the top but my husband’s was even worse and the entire top bagel was completely charred. So disappointing when you spend $9 per sandwich and nowadays everyone is expecting a tip! I don’t mind tipping but I do expect the person making the sandwich to see that it is not in acceptable condition to just remake it instead of putting it all together as if that’s ok.

I woke up this morning craving a delicious bagel with lots of cream cheese. I thought to myself “Where can I get a delicious bagel with lots of cream cheese?” I decided to take a visit to Einsteins. The bagel I received did NOT in fact have a lot of cream cheese. I am a God fearing man, however NOW I’m an Einsteins fearing man! What an abomination my bagel turned out to be. I am typing this from a place of love. I love your shmears and all I wanted was to enjoy and appreciate them. Do better and maybe I will come back. But for now I am stopping by my local 7/11 for some off brand cream cheese.

The staff here was could not get our order right after asking multiple times, forgot pieces of our order, and forget parts to our sandwich. The place is not clean, and the food is not fresh. Surprised this place is open. Worst Einstein’s I’ve been to.

Great employees, they were very helpful and friendly. I went in the morning and the employees attitude kind of helped start my day right! My friend and I ate some breakfast egg and bacon bagel sandwiches and they were good. We went at 7:30 in the morning and the inside wasn’t very busy but the drive thru was.

This is a great place for a quick breakfast on the go or a great place to sit and work on things or talk with friends. The drinks from Caribou Coffee is fantastic and the food from Einstein is amazing, especially the breakfast sandwich. I’d definitely recommend this place of you’re bored with Starbucks.

I live this location! It is a block from my house and I go here pretty much every morning. The new GM noticed I come daily and asked if I lived/worked around there and introduced himself, which I thought was very kind. The workers are always so fast and even if there is a line, they get you moving fast. Great customer service!
