From the start when we walked in they sat us right away. Our server Bernice aka Bere was a sweetheart and very attentive. Even though she was super busy she would get us everything that we needed. We were here to watch the Chiefs game against the Bills and the manager Melissa was more than accommodating to put the game onto the biggest screen they had in the front. I love the food from the east side location of The Shack but this side was just as tasty! The atmosphere was full of the sports fans and it was a lot of fun. So if you come down and eat and watch a game or two ask for Bernice aka Bere and talk to Melissa the manager they are top notch. Bernice only works on the weekend but she is awesome. We will definitely come back.

Enormous patio, of course big screen TV’s all over the inside dining area.
We had fried pickles with spicy ranch dressing, they are good. The spicy ranch was not over spiced.
Had also the bone in wings. Garlic parm and the mild Buffalo sauce. The garlic was really good. The mild I wouldn’t bother with again. It was boring. I had a draft beer it nice and cold. We had their sweet potato fries, I was a bit surprised to see that they added a sprinkle of powdered sugar to them, next time I will request the sugar is not on them.
Our service was excellent, overall enjoyable. We will return.

Kimberlie Quintana provided outstanding service at The Shack Wings & Brews! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude really made our visit enjoyable. Employees like Kimberlie are the reason customers come back. Highly recommend! I had a fantastic experience She was welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, and checked on us just the right amount. Our food came out perfectly, and her great attitude made the whole experience even better. Excellent customer service!

I really wanted to enjoy this place because the food is actually very good. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience.
From the moment I walked in, the staff (about 4–6 girls working at the front) were making unpleasant faces and had a very hostile attitude. No one seemed welcoming or willing to help. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I had to double-check my order before leaving because something didn’t feel right — and as I suspected, items were missing. If I hadn’t checked, I would have left without food I paid for.
It’s also very inconvenient that they don’t offer curbside pickup, which would make things much easier for customers.
The food is great, but the service is tremendously disappointing. Sadly, I wouldn’t come back because of the customer service alone.
I placed my order online at 5:10. Said it would be ready at 6:55. I arrived at 7:05 and it still took me 15 more minutes to get my order. Very unpleasant experience

Stopped by today and had one of the better service experiences I’ve had in a while. Ariel was our server and she was on point the entire time. Fast, attentive, and genuinely nice. She kept everything moving smoothly and never let our table feel ignored.
What I appreciated most was how easy she made the whole experience. No mistakes, no waiting around, and she checked in at the right times. That kind of service doesn’t happen by accident.
Food was good, atmosphere was fun, but Ariel is what made the visit stand out. Big shoutout to her, she’s doing a great job.

Overall great experience, I went the other day of a couple of friends got seated quite fast and our server Kim was great. She told you us all about the specials that they had going on. She got our food to us pretty quick and cheeked up frequently during our time there. She was very attentive and I would highly recommend her for people going in to dine in.
