Wow! What a hidden gem on Reynolds Road! We stopped by to try out this place. We had a BBQ beef and a Chicken sandwich! Of course it included chips and a soft drink! We added pumpkin ice cream as a treat, even at 40 degrees! Thanks to Mandy for treating us well! We will be back!!! Encourage others to stop by and pick from their vast assortment of treats’.

Customer service has been nice and consistent.
We’ve been for the same item 3x now… the ice cream nachos, and ordered the same every time. The very first time heaping nice portions, so $10 well spent. Last time, a lot of chips with a portion in the middle. Still delicious, but preferred the way it first was, I’ve cream on bottom and top, with the fixings all over. Again, nice service, just noting how different the exact same item is pending on person making it.

Such a cute and clean ice cream parlor! They also have a drive through, but their open garage doors, pink interior, and disco ball is what made us pull over to eat here! They have some food options as well as plenty of (soft serve) ice cream options with many toppings to mix in. Not the cheapest, but the sizes were large, and totally worth it. Will be back!

I just want to leave a review letting people know no one makes a snicker sundae like the way they do. I enjoy their snicker sundae all the time it is the best in town.

Awesome ice cream, floats, freezes, and sundaes. Fair prices, and they have a drive-thru. The staff was kind, patient, and thorough with each and every order. So, if it takes a min or two for them to take your order..please be patient and kind because they are busy making orders perfect
I mainly order the Dole Soft Serve because it’s low calorie, vegan, kosher, low sugar etc….and in the summer they have “Flavors of the Week” which is Lime this week. Not gonna lie, all the flavors are good, but pomegranate is my favorite.
I absolutely LOVE this stuff !! I normally order 2 large cups @ $6 each and I get my boys 2 large Oreo Sundaes /w extra Oreo and with a $.50 charge for using my card it total comes to $31.50.
I visit this place twice a week LOL.
The only recommendation I would make is:
1. Please start a loyalty or rewards program for people like me who frequent the shop quite regularly.
2. Please fill your Dole Soft Serve cups to the top just like you do for all other Sundaes and drinks ( See pic below)
I ask them to tap my Dole Soft Serve Co cups because they collapse when I get home… Some workers do, some don’t ♀️ ♀️
Nothing bad to say about this Ice Cream Shop at all.

I’ve driven by Hannah’s Soft Serve many times and finally decided to give it a try. The space itself is unique with plenty of covered seating, which is great on a warm day.
The staff wasn’t super friendly but also not unwelcoming, just more transactional than personable. When we arrived, the tables and floors weren’t very clean, and we had to wipe down our own table. That said, as we were leaving, someone did start cleaning, so maybe it was just timing.
The ice cream we had was good, with plenty of toppings to choose from, but for what you get, I’d say it’s a little overpriced. Overall, it’s a place I’d go to again if I was nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit since there are better ice cream options in Toledo.

Hannah’s is one of my favorite places to stop for a treat. The ice cream is always delicious and there are so many options to choose from whether you want a sundae, boba, or a snack. The people who work here are genuinely kind and welcoming every time I visit, which makes it feel comfortable and inviting. The shop itself is cute and cozy, the kind of place you actually want to hang out in. I always leave happy and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spot to enjoy something sweet.
