First let me preface this with that I am a big fan of Imo’s pizza. We went in to grab a bite between events and decided to eat at the restaurant which we informed the staff while ordering. Our meal was served to us in to go containers. I had to go up to the counter to ask for plates and napkins which appeared to be a tough challenge for the staff member. The tables and dining area hadn’t been cleaned for a long time with debris all over the floor. I believe the owner was onsite talking to staff briefly, which I thought was good but didn’t take the time to tour his own dining room.

Bought a chef salad from this location. It was the worst salad I ever bought from IMO’s in my life. Absolutely no cheese, no meat, a big bowl of lettuce. I will never go to this location again. Call the manager and he said this how it’s supposed to. Sir i been eating IMO’s before you were born

Jason the manager answered the phone with me and told me that my pizza was not burnt!! He says he made it and that’s the way they come and there will be no refunds!!! I see why because these are franchised locations!! Very nasty and unacceptable!!! Very rude & disgusting!! Do not take a chance here, try other location like Fairview!!

They wings cost too much to receive all drum legs I personally don’t like drums legs and u can’t request for all flats but they’ll give u all drum n I call the store to see if the can fix this problem the manager on shift at 12/18/20 @ 2:00pm said it’s just how they come. I think customers should know how they food come before they spend they funds imos not cheap so I know they don’t want food lost but they about to lost customers who care about the food they ordering.

I ordered two cheese pizzas for pickup. I took them to the party and everyone agreed they were the worst they had ever eaten. I think they were day old or an order someone had not picked up from early in the day and they simply warmed it up. It was dry and had a horrible taste. Never again!

So I ordered my food for delivery. The delivery guy had a nasty attitude. He basically tossed me all of my food in my hand to where I almost dropped it. But overall the food was food hot and fresh. And I should call up there to report him. Because that was uncalled for and unnecessary. That is not how you do your job.
