Got delivery. Tempura sliders were burnt but that kinda worked. Burger slider weren’t what I expected but that is fine. I was expecting something like White Mana in New Jersey or Motz in Detroit like traditional Most important the beef was very dry and burnt. That may have been due to them sitting in the containers and continuing to cook.
