This Handles location serves with unique interesting flavors with monthly new additions and few trusted standbys. We ordered 4 scoop sampler with cotton candy, chunky chocolate chip, Dolce de leche, Butterscotch ripple and brownie with banana and strawberry cheesecake chunk. Line moves quickly, parking can be a little tight!!

This is by far the best specialty ice cream I’ve ever had, I come to This place specifically to get their “hurricanes” the banana split is my favorite one highly recommended! They’re very generous with their portions a medium size should be enough to satisfy your ice cream craves, simple ice cream but yet delicious, if you ever around the Berwyn area and are looking for ice cream this is the spot!

Delicious homemade ice cream. They have huge variety of flavors. There is usually a bit of waiting time of 5-10 min during evening hours, but the queue moves fast. Love the ambience of having fresh air and enjoy ice cream outside in the open sitting area!

However the wait time is insane, and I’m not talking about the line. We usually order online and pick up (this option is advertised on their window and available on Google) and sometimes you need to wait crazy amount of time by the pick up window with NO people in front of you for someone to come up and give you your order. Last time we waited 20 min for pickup (first in line) and then another 20 min to ask for spoons that they didn’t put in the bag. This is frustrating.

I do not care how good the ice cream may be. We went there last week with our dog and asked for a Pup Cup along with our order. It was pretty warm out that day. The person behind the counter (may have been the owner or manager) refused to put a bit more in the Pup Cup unless I paid for it. He said that was the limit We have gone there before and servers behind the counter were very accommodating for Pup Cups. I was livid as pet owner. Not as If I were asking for a regular sized cup of ice cream. This is how a manager / or owner treats people with dogs.? He was basically obnoxious and obviously cheap as hell. How much could a little more in a Pup Cup possibly cost him?
If you have a pet, go somewhere else. There are plenty of other good ice cream places in the area with better attitudes

Always delicious and worthy of a stop year round! While there’s often a line here, the final product is worth the wait. Ice cream is generously scooped and with over 35 flavors you’re bound to find something for everyone. If not a cup or cone, handle has other delicious offerings – hurricanes are like a better tasting DQ blizzard, milk shakes are hand blended, and handle pops are a sweet treat when looking for different options. Plenty of parking but especially popular in the evening and summer months.

Just got a small bowl- I have never seen such small portions! The cost of the bowl was more than the ice cream. We used to go to the old place where we would get a huge scoop, but now we are paying for the new facility instead. My kids were also shocked and very disappointed. Total waste of $15.

This is our first visit here abd we were not disappointed. We both ordered the vanilla truffle with carmel. The ice cream was a bit bland but overall it was average. If I had an other choice for ice cream in the area I might go there.
