First time ordering from this Jack in the Box. Made an online order for the cluck sandwich and 2 tacos. Pulling up to the drive-thru, there are camper RV’s parked alongside the drive-thru. Did not feel like a safe area. The 2 tacos were the best tacos I’ve ever had from a Jack in the Box. Unfortunately this experience fell short right after with the burnt cluck sandwich. It smelled so bad from being burnt (like plastic left on a hot stove). And the sandwich itself was hard as a rock like it was cooked the day before, then attempted to be reheated. The bun had dark burn circles around the edges. Disappointed that I had to throw the sandwich away instead of eating it

Ordered 6 tacos. Got home and they were SOGGY. I drove all the way back, showed them the tacos and they re-made them. I should have checked them before I left. Got home, they were crispy on the top, super soggy on the bottom! I had order 2 more…those were soggy as well!

Very disappointing experience. The crew took forever to get my order or at least acknowledge us. Came home and the chicken sandwich that I ordered is uneatable. The chicken is so dry, hard and mostly breading.

Well tacos were overcooked an extra greasy, far more than usual… an both were broken from the tool used to pull out of the fryer. Just a mess made with my food, I ended up just tossing them cause they were too greasy for my taste.
