We had such a great experience at Hannah Hibachi and Sushi in Prosper! I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, which came with fried rice, noodles, and fresh vegetables. Everything was cooked perfectly—the steak was tender, the shrimp had great flavor, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The portions were huge, so to-go boxes were a must!

The meal started with soup and salad, both of which were delicious and a great way to kick things off. Our hibachi chef was so friendly and engaging, which made dinner even more fun. I also had cold sake with my meal, and it was refreshing and paired perfectly with the food.

My boyfriend went the sushi route and ordered the And Tsunami Roll along with salmon sashimi. Both were beautifully presented and fresh—he loved every bite.

We went on a Wednesday night and were seated right away with no wait, which was a pleasant surprise. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout the night, making sure we always had what we needed.

Overall, Hannah Hibachi and Sushi always delivers an enjoyable dining experience—great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a spot we’ll keep coming back to!

Hana in Prosper is a solid choice when you’re in the mood for a good meal and friendly service. The food is consistently tasty and the employees are always kind and welcoming, which makes the visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is okay, it’s casual and comfortable but could use a little extra spark to match how good the food and staff are. Overall, it’s a reliable spot worth coming back to for a nice meal in town.

We had a great experience at Hana for Valentine’s Day. We made an early reservation, which worked out perfectly — we had zero wait even on a busy holiday. You could tell they were managing table turnover efficiently, but we never felt rushed.

Service was quick and friendly from start to finish. Our drinks and food came out fast, and the staff kept everything moving smoothly while still being welcoming and attentive.

We ordered a mix of sushi, vegetable tempura, and hibachi, and everything tasted great. The sushi was fresh, the tempura was perfectly crispy, and the hibachi was flavorful and cooked just right. One thing that really stood out was that they offered lo mein as an option on the hibachi — something we haven’t seen at other hibachi restaurants. It was excellent and a nice change from the usual fried rice.

Overall, a very solid experience with great food and efficient service. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall, a great experience at Hana Hibachi! The food was delicious and the chef was amazing. The only downside was that my drink had a few grains of rice floating in it when it was brought to the table, but everything else was excellent.

Hana is very good, I really liked the food, is almost impossible to finish all the order, the amount of food is a lot. The filet mignon it is so tender and very tasty I really recommend to upgrade if we compare it against just the steak.

The only thing that to be honest I didn’t like was that the tips were already included and it was an 18% tip, in my opinion if the tip would be suggested maybe I will tip the 18%, but since it was included and they didn’t ask if we were okay with it, I dint like it.

Tonight, my husband and two year-old came in for dinner and there was no table ready. The owner, a name with a K I believe (Kim?), was so nice to us and even though we had a wait, he was really accommodating.

We got a phone call with an emergency and had to leave and he comped our appetizers and even gave our son a free drink. To the owner, thank you so much. You really made our night. It’s so great to see owners still have such a great service and hospitality. We will be back soon to eat the full hibachi. Please let the owner know that we thank him.

We had a birthday lunch doing hibachi. The atmosphere was fun and funny. The cook was really funny and did a superb job of cooking and entertaining.

The cook was funny cracking jokes, made his cooking fun and entertaining.

The food was great perfectly cook. We ordered steak, salmon and scallops. They were all delicious.

Great place for entertainment for kids and adults.

The hibachi menu included soup, salad, rice, veggies, and meat (steak, chicken, scallops or fish). They have lunch or dinner portion.

I showed up late, at about 9:25pm. It tends to give you a good idea of what kind of establishment you’re working with. This is not my first visit. I’m impressed that the service seems to be consistently good at all hours of the day and week.

I was not greeted at the door and no one came up for several minutes. A gentleman who looks to be an employee off the clock asked me if I wanted to sit down and told me I could just grab a menu and sit anywhere. I think this was primarily because it was 30 minutes to close and would generally be when employees are doing closing duties which is completely understandable.

I sat myself in the sushi dining area in a booth and I was quickly greeted by a server. He kept my drinks refilled and got my shrimp tempura appetizer out in record timing. It was piping hot and it’s definitely one of my favorite parts about this place.

I ordered a Mama San roll which was very delicious. I also ordered a Beauty roll. The beauty roll was good but spicier than I expected and a little too gooey for my preferences. Still enjoyable. I also ordered a Lady Gaga roll to go.

We have done take out at this location as well and the quality has been consistent.

Overall I am very pleased with this establishment and will continue to enjoy my visits here.

Enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner with the family. We chose this restaurant because of the stellar reviews we read ahead of time. We did not make a reservation because Google reported no wait time. The dining room was fairly full when we got there, so we ended up waiting for about 15 minutes, but it was no problem. The waiting area is pretty small, though, and the front door is very breezy. It was a little on the chilly side in the restaurant, but we figured the hibachi grills would compensate and we were right. Atmosphere felt a little sparse and strange in that there were service areas intermixed in the dining areas. Plates being dried on the bar, for example. The service was very responsive and slightly on the rushed side, I felt. But, the food made up for it. The chef cooked everything with expertise, humor, flair, etc. All the things you come to a place like that for. Very generous portions and super flavorful. Probably not a place I would make a regular, but we had an enjoyable time.

After another Hibachi restaurant was closed, I recommended that my family come here and it was the best decision ever! There was practically no wait on a Sunday afternoon and the hibachi tables are in separate rooms so it doesn’t get too loud in the restaurant. Our chef Bobby was super nice and fun. Also, they give free entrees for your birthday! Forget Benihana and their small portions! Come here! Can’t wait to come back and I’ll definitely tell my friends.
