Absolutely love this place when I’m in the area. The views alone are breath taking, but there’s also this little bbq,burger and Mexican food place located inside the gas station that is phenomenal! The burger was incredibly delicious and the taco salad was packed with flavor. I also tried the hibiscus tea and discovered that it’s a new favorite of mine. Definitely give this place a try!

All the old reviews are for Hammerlane BBQ which no longer exists. This is the new place and it is nowhere near the quality of Hammerlane. I would have left the old place 5 stars for taste, value, and the staff knowing what they’re doing. I am leaving 1 star here for the complete opposite.

Update: new ownership and burgers aren’t like how they were. It’s definitely a frozen patty as it got a little burnt. Fries were not crispy at all, but the fry sauce is good, and the new owners are really nice.

Under previous ownership, as Hammer Lane, this place had some of the BEST burgers my family had ever had. We stopped in frequently on long drives to visit family on the other side of the state.

Breakfast burrito was average at best. Mostly potato and little meat. The chorizo was good and not greasy! They charge $14 for all burritos. A breakfast burrito should be $5-$8 max. With tip I paid over $34. Complete rip off. Will not be going back for breakfast.

12 dollar burger. 6$ quality. Was hoping they would carry hammer lanes amazing reputation as it was a valley favorite / their great reviews were transferred over to this new brand. Was very disappointed to say the least. I can’t say anything about the rest of the menu there yet, but given the prices / quality of the burger and menu. It’s hard for me to justify coming back. Especially it being our 5th Mexican food location in the valley…
