Went to this place close to my hotel because it was snowing hard and didn’t want to drive far. Service was good, food was mixed. The chicken fajita was extremely salty, I couldn’t eat more than a couple bites. The birria ramen was something I have not seen at a Mexican restaurant before, sort of like the beef stew noodle soup you see at Chinese restaurants. Decor was very unique, had a bit of a Mexican version of Addams Family vibe, might be the Frida Kahlo influence they wear going for. I would go back again to try other entrees.

Food was ok. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing I’d crave and go back for.
Service wasn’t bad, but wasn’t good either. Waiter seemed like he was in a hurry and was short with us even though we were only people seated in back area. The restaurant was very empty for a Saturday evening. Being this slow it seems like employees would have directed my friend to the table for two I was sitting at alone. Instead, she sat up front for 10-15 minutes waiting for me with no one remembering I was at a back table (where they sat me) alone. There were probably 5 tables of customers in the entire large restaurant.
Atmosphere was not what I expected. They have super bright white lighting which didn’t feel relaxing for a Saturday night. Overall, this restaurant seemed average at best. I have been to another location where the atmosphere was upbeat and fun.

If you’re longing for a favorite restaurant in southwest Detroit but can’t wait to get there or won’t be in town any time soon, this is a good substitute. Very fresh and flavorful salsa and chips are a great way to start your meal, possibly accompanied by an adult beverage. Happy hour is a generous four hour period every night, running until 8 pm. Taco Tuesday is hard to beat at $1.99 each for any variety. Excellent quality and dinner for two with drinks for under $30.

Wasn’t even there for ten minutes upon arrival we let the host know that there was food crumbs etc. on the table and asked for it to be wiped off, he left and came back but never wiped the table down and continuously look over as if he was confused. When the waitress brought us chips and salsa we asked if she could wait while the table was wiped off she put the food down anyway and walked off with an attitude. Unsatisfactory service and atmosphere. Never even ordered food simply got up and left

Absolutely disgusting!!!! The table was nasty and when we asked for the table to be cleaned the guy said ok walked away and never came back. We explained to the lady that our table was dirty and she still proceeded to sit chips and salsa on the table. We definitely got up and left quickly

I believe i was finally discriminated against simply trying to dine out. We have been sitting here for 1.5 hours and has only been approached by random workers 2 times. Wow. I pray this isn’t how other customers are treated.

Every time I order online for pickup here there is a problem. The most recent time, we were given one taco instead of the full meal that we ordered. I didn’t realize it until I got home so I called and the lady who answered the phone told me to call back in ten minutes when the manager was available. I called back, and three times it went to a full voicemail box. So I tried my wife’s phone and they answered right away with the same suggestion. So again, I called back and three times I was sent to voicemail. So I tried from my work phone and they answered right away. Again, as told to call back in ten minutes. This time the lady said she didn’t speak English so my wife who is a native Spanish speaker got on the phone and talked to her. She said we had to go to Fox Ordering and submit a request to receive a partial refund. Of course that system doesn’t work. I tried from two PCs, my phone, and an iPad. The food that we received was okay, but the portions were smaller than they used to be and the menu prices have increased quite a bit.

Don’t ever order from this place! Terrible service. Ordered a grilled chicken California burrito with the cheese on the side and received a steak burrito, no cheese, and a side of salsa. Called and complained and was met with someone telling me that I need to take it up with doordash and it’s not their problem. I explained to them that it’s not door dash that messed up my order, I asked to talk to a manager and then I was being hung up on. After 5 mins of calling back and getting a “disconnected number” it went through and I spoke to a different gentleman and he said that doordash should have to fix it lol.. doordash offered me $4.17 back for a $15.00 burrito that I can’t eat.. I explained that I couldn’t eat the burrito they sent and $4.17 from doordash wouldn’t suffice. that worker ended up hanging up on me also. Ridiculous service, poor management.

I absolutely love this restaurant they have wonderful food and the staff are super friendly and nice. They are also super excepting of service dogs!
