Great staff and ambiance. Drinks were great but I did find the food painfully hard to eat. I ordered two chicken breasts and there was way too much salt and pepper. I didn’t send it back because I didn’t want to waste food. My buddy ordered a steak and also had similar comment.

I travel for business to Dalton on a regular basis. A friend recommended Hamilton’s, so I tried it on Wednesday, it was pretty good. I went back on Thursday and met the owner, she is friendly lady.

For Dalton, this is a nice and classy atmosphere compared to the other restaurants around. Good for a business lunch and night out. Don’t compare to the high end restaurants in Atlanta, NY or other big cities.

One of the great gems of Dalton Georgia that it doesn’t seem like a lot of people know about. Been here several times now and everything is spot on. Appetizers are phenomenal and the must try is the bacon wrapped quail. WOW!

Very friendly staff and out of this world delicious mozzarella balls and calzones overflowing with cheese and goodness. A yummy explosion in your mouth. Almost impossible to finish all in one sitting; a take out box is a must. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

I’ve visited Hamilton’s several times, most every visit is a great experience. Good variety on the menu, a bit pricey, but overall good food. Nice beer selection, love having a place where I can get a Guinness.
