Hamburger Heaven was established in 1982 and has since opened four restaurant locations serving the Birmingham, AL area. We offer your favorite traditional American dishes including hamburgers and cheeseburgers, french fries, hand breaded chicken tenders, hand-spun milkshakes, and sandwiches made fresh to order. Awesome place in west Homewood. Great food, plenty of seating and they were quick with the order. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Make sure you get some of the horse sauce on the side!!! Great for dipping anything you get here.

Greeted by nice, polite, staff to take your order. A large burger that tastes good and wasn’t greasy. Fries are crinkle cut and the Sundae is good as well. The establishment is very clean. They have a good breakfast too. I was pleasantly surprised.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have only been there a few times, but every time it’s great! The burgers actually seem like the size advertised, unlike the big names. Not as fast as other fast food, but it’s worth it.

The gentleman working the register was outstanding! After over forty years in food service I think he was one of the best employees I can remember. Very customer oriented, great representative of the company he works for. Good excellent. He even made it better with his positive attitude. He is a keeper!

The hamburgers were bland, burned, and dry. We hadn’t never been to this location. I love Hamburger Heaven. Most of the time, they’re always juicy and flavorful, but for some reason it wasn’t what I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very busy so maybe something was up.

The food here is almost always good. I like my bacon very crispy and my burger well done. Sometimes they miss the mark in this, but so do a lot of other restaurants. The french fries seem to have a coating on them to make them crunchy. They are good. The chili and grilled cheese in the winter is good.
