Was told I couldn’t order because I had a small 10′ trailer. I asked if I could please order and walk in to pick it up was told no. Literally no one else in line. Judging by other reviews and how quick and easy I was denied service must be a policy. Local? Corporate?

I have came to McDonalds a couple of times. Everytime I come this girl named Mia and she had glasses always seems to have a attitude with me and never tells me to have a good day. I get it but at the same time you are working at a fast food restaurant where customers service is a big part. Other than that my food has been good.

Purchased on the app for counter pickup from my phone, and sent my son a screenshot of the receipt with the pickup code.
My husband and son drove into town to pick it up, and was told that my phone was needed or no food. They didn’t take the pickup code.
So, I then had to stop what I was doing, get my other kids ready, loaded into the car and drive 2 miles one way so my phone would “ping” to the restaurant. This resulted in 8 miles of driving.
I can order from ANY other restaurant in town and have someone pick it up.
I won’t eat McDonald’s, but my husband said the food made him feel sick after eating ♀️. Not a good experience.

I have yet to order something that was fresh. The food here is a disappointment 100% of the time. Fries are always old and cold. I tossed my chicken sandwich a few weeks ago and couldnt eat the filet o fish I ordered today, it was so dried out and gross. Im done visiting this place.

Used the app to order our food. I live 30 minutes away. I get there and get told sorry we’re waiting on everything in your order. It’s breakfast time, 30 minutes Isn’t enough to get an order ready? I’m writing this review as I’m sitting waiting for my food. I’ve been here already 10 minutes.

It seems like everytime we go they never have cup holders and they take forever to take your order at the drive thru. We go for the promos (ex the adult happy meals) and they are always out.

I don’t like the kiosk menu ordering. I’d rather tell someone what I want to order.
McDonalds is McDonald’s. I don’t eat there often but ever now and again I stop for a quick burger. I’m not sure why they still have the inside dining closed. Maybe lack of help? Maybe they decided to save on costs… ♀️
But it’s frustrating ordering from a kiosk while there’s people at the register that could do it a lot faster . Just saying…

I went through the drive thru after ordering they send me wait for my order. I specified that I needed buffalo cups for the two orders of chicken and an extra one which I paid for. Got the food no buffalo sauce I go in to get them and the kid that brought the food out asked what I needed and I told him and he rolled his eyes at me. To say the least really annoyed about that whole situation.

My autistic son, loves Oreo milkshakes. Since McDonalds doesn’t have Oreo shakes, I have ordered many times “Can I please get a vanilla shake, add 2 orders of Oreo, and blend it in to make an Oreo shake? I know it costs extra, and I’m happy to pay for it.” I have this line down.
This usually doesn’t seem to be a problem. However, this time, unfortunately, they just put the Oreo on top. They didn’t mix it in, I had to do my best with the straw… now, as per usual, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I will say they seemed busy, perhaps a new employee? We always have to consider the things that employees go through. Aside from that, everything else was up to normal McDonalds standards.
My son’s cheeseburgers didn’t have mustard or pickles as per requested. Not BigMac had no pickles, as per requested. Service was quick via the drive thru, employees were friendly and had a smile on their faces. Overall, would recommend this location.
