Extremely disappointed with this location. My whole family loves halo burger but every single time we go here the food takes 2x as long as other locations to get even with nobody else in line. With that said I don’t mind a wait to me that isn’t the big part of the problem, but if i wait patiently for my food it shouldn’t be thrown together with enough sauce on it to drown a small dog. I didn’t even bother eating mine and my boyfriend made it through two bites before tossing his too.
Employees aren’t payed to chat but that seemed to be their priority today we could hear them the entire time we were waiting for our two burgers that took nearly 15 minutes

Clean, I had the hot dog, it was okay, would I order it again? Probably not. You’ll need a key to use the rest room.the front staff was polite and helpful.

Service was excellent. The food was not as good as it used to be. I think the corporation is cutting corners on quality. I’ve been eating at Halo Burger for many years. And I’m noticing that the quality of the food has decreased over the years. Hopefully they bring back quality to the restaurant. And I’ll say it again the service was excellent. Fast,Friendly and efficient.

Food is good. The drive through is very slow. Like…. You should put on a podcast or something. Or a movie.
I’m not saying I deserve fast service. I’m sure the owners don’t pay for enough help. Based on the employees lethargy I’m willing to bet the owners aren’t paying them enough to care.
If a manager or an owner reads this you need to figure something out. Not sure why someone would come here instead of the dozen better and faster options. Good luck.

I got to be honest, I gave up on the place. There was a time when I went there pretty regularly. Even then the service and the food could be sort of a hit or miss. But after several bad experiences in a row, I decided it was simply no longer worth spending my money there. It is sad because the place could often be so polar opposite. There were at times when I had tremendously good service and other times where they made you feel like it was a burden for me to order from there. Times when the food tasted amazing to times where it was just blah. The service could be incredibly slow at times. Now, I try to give them some what of a break, because I know they make it to order/some what to order, but 30 mins for a place like that is not a reasonable wait time. The place could sometimes be pretty clean to just down right filthy (I know this can be in part from customers not taking care of their own stuff like they should, but it was filthy at times). There were a few times where my stomach was a little upset after eating there and it started feeling that way after eating there. The fact I gave it a few chances after feeling that way should indicate I tried giving it chances, most places I won’t go back if the food makes me upset. My schedule has changed somewhat so I am not down there for lunch as much anymore (I would usually go on Fridays when I did) but honestly, even if I was, I still probably wouldn’t go. Give it a try if you want. It is very possible you will have an enjoyable meal, I’ve had my share of them there. You might also feel you’ve wasted your money (I’ve had my share of those experiences as well).

The burger was really yummy but cold and the fries were over cooked but tasted better with ketchup. I got a Vernors pop with my meal which I love so much. I got coupons in the mail and I was craving a olive burger but I wasn’t 100% totally satisfied. I’ll give it another chance tho

Had the Olive burger. Messy, but good. Tater tots were THE BEST!! Wishing I had some more right now. The staff, ONLY TWO STAFF MEMBERS, hats off to them. Friendly and efficient. Try it when you’re in Flint. Luckily, through the craziness they’re still there.

I was so disappointed. Bun tasted old. Sloppiest burger ever. About 10 pickles and olives were on one side and tomatoes and onions were on the other side. Fries were not done. I was really looking firward to the meal because I used to come here in my younger days. Yeah, its been awhile. It looked as though there was only 1 employee doing everything. Cooking, taking drive thru orders and cashing out. Cleaning too I hope. Anyway, wont be going back. Gave a rating of 2 instead of 1 for nostalgia
