Tried Half & Half in Massachusetts for brunch around 10:40–11:00, and the place was packed and pretty noisy. The music choice was… interesting, but it did keep the energy up.
I ordered the W.T.F (Waffles Tender Fries). The chicken tender was thin but crispy, and while the flavor was lacking, for the price they really could’ve included three pieces. The Belgian waffles were dense, and the waffle fries were overcooked and tough, like they’d been left in the fryer too long. The coleslaw was fresh with a nice zest, but overall the dish didn’t feel worth the cost — a 5/10 for me.
The Philly cheesesteak, on the other hand, was great. Good portion size, flavorful, and paired well with the steak fries. Definitely the better choice — 7.7/10.
Overall, food was hit or miss, atmosphere was lively but loud, and for the price point, I expected a bit more.

All I can say is… WOW!!! Everything about this place was simply fantastic! We are visiting from out of town and happened upon this place because of the already great reviews. The service was awesome with super friendly staff that check up on you consistently. The Owner and the Chef both came to our table to ask about our experience and make sure we were happy. The chef takes great pride in his work and it shows in his attitude but most importantly, in the food! I’ve never raved so much about a breakfast! 10 out of 10! The special “Halloween Pancakes” which were made with dragonfruit were amazing to say the least! The chef even makes his own flavored butters and we talked them up so much when he came over that he gave us 4 cups full of it to take home with us! If you’re ever in the area make sure you stop here for a fantastic meal!

Great service, friendly staff and amazing food. We had the crunchy French toast and the eggs benedict. Both of them were cooked perfectly. Fresh orange juice squeezed on site and a live omelet bar. Fun place to eat and a good price. Get there early since its very popular!

We were traveling on vacation and had to try this restaurant because their 5 rating (at the time) with 400+ reviews was proof they were doing something right. During our visit, I witnessed a master class in customer service. The owner and staff recognized regulars and automatically put in their orders. When they recognized newbies, (like us) the owner visited the table and walked through the menu making recommendations based on our tastes. I saw him do this with three other tables while we were there. Given his recommendation, I ordered the corned beef hash and a side of bacon. My wife had the fruit crepe. The chef brought out the food and personally thanked us. I noticed the chef delivering the food to multiple tables while we were there–a very nice touch. And speaking of the food–it was delicious! At one point, I dropped my napkin and before I could lean down and pick up the one I had dropped, one of the staff brought me a new napkin and took mine away. My coffee cup was never below half-full. The experience and customer service was phenomenal. After the meal, we waited to talk to the owner (Isaac) again before leaving. I wanted to thank him given the wow factor and experience they had given us. If we lived in the area, we would absolutely be regulars! What a wonderful human with an amazing positive and friendly attitude that has infected the whole team at the restaurant. If you are in the area, I can’t recommend this place enough! And if you become a regular, they will put your picture (with your permission) on the wall as recognition–and presumably to help new employees recognize the regulars. If your experience was as good as ours, make sure and let them know by ringing the bell on the way out!

Absolutely loved this diner! Heard about it from a friend, and wow – it lived up to every word. From the chef to the staff, everyone was incredibly down-to-earth and warm. The food? Incredible. They use a variety of spices that cater to all kinds of taste buds, making every bite exciting.
We were welcomed with toast and *watermelon butter* (yes, really!) – it was so good we had to meet the chef. Turns out they experiment with a new butter flavor every week, and this week’s was a hit. I also had the *huevos rancheros* – the egg was cooked to perfection, the salsa had the right kick, and the plating was just as impressive as the taste.
Highly, highly, highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

The best french toast I’ve had in a very long time. The perfect crispy outside and gooey middle, I’m sure the specialty french toasts are just as delicious. Staff was friendly and inviting and had menu suggestions. Smaller place made it very loud due to many happy guest. Wish I lived closer to try the other yummy sounding menu items!
