I have been to numerous Chipotle restaurants and have always been well satisfied. This was also not my first visit to this new restaurant. The first few visits were without issue. But today was disappointing. I was served about half the amount of steak and half the guacamole than I have ever been served before…likely even less than half. Other than the greens, it amounted to half a steak bowl at most…certainly not a $15 value nor a “meal”. The guy dishing it out was also rather abrupt and lacked a pleasant customer service attitude. Take a look at my other reviews and notice that I rarely submit one star reviews. Now I need to find a place to serve me lunch as I am still hungry. What a disappointment.
Went back in and purchased a protein cup of chicken for $4. Now I am full, but if I knew it would run about $20 for an adequate lunch at a fast food restaurant…I would have passed thank you. The chicken wasn’t that great either. The counter guy was more cordial though when I returned.

I love this Chipotle!! Even though I went during dinner time and expected a long wait, the workers were very quick and all had great attitudes. They also gave generous portion sizes! 10/10 — absolutely worth the money and definitely my new go-to location!

The tacos and bowl were ordered were very good but we were disappointed in the chips and queso. The queso had the consistency of a thick gravy and the chips were stale. The chips were one of the last three bags so I can only assume they had been there a while. We had already been overcharged on the order and had to request a refund, which they quickly corrected, so we didn’t want to go back again and complain about the chips and queso.

Since it’s opening, my family has been here 5 times. The service was fantastic on the first visit, but has steadily deteriorated since then. The main food items are good, and some item selections even great, consistent with other Chipotle restaurants, but the chips seem to be the Achilles Heel of this particular restaurant! They are ALWAYS stale. For the price you pay, I feel that all items should be of typical Chipotle quality, which on the last two trips, they were not. The food quality per dollar has definitely dropped.! It used to be great at any other Chipotle I’ve ever been to, but this one’s serving sizes are like KIDS meals! What???

The inside employees were NOT nearly as friendly as the pick up window, and the serving size and food quality was not as good. The chips were stale again. Many people don’t know this, but Chipotle has two service set ups. One inside, and a completely different crew and serving set up for the drive through. That was mid December. We have not been back since!
With two other high quality “Mexican” / “Tex Mex” options close by, I’m sorry to say that they have been getting out business once again. They are further away, but worth the drive.

I am not sure what some of these negative reviews are talking about. I started coming here regularly after they opened and stopped going to the one off 70, and the Wendell Falls one. This is by far the best one I have eaten at in the last 10 years. They give the correct portion sizes, are friendly all throughout, and actually greet you when you walk in. Both lunch and dinner staff are amazing!!!

Absolutely love this Chipotle! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I want it. The staff is friendly, quick, and super patient even during busy hours. My bowl was packed perfectly with generous portions, and everything tasted amazing — especially the chicken and guac. The restaurant is clean, the service is consistent, and I always leave satisfied. Definitely my new go-to Chipotle!

The food tastes pretty good but the portion sizes are laughable! I have never been to a Chipotle that gives serving sizes only enough for a 5 year old. A couple of the severs acted like they lost their best friend. Hope they’re not like that everyday. And the bathrooms needed attention. I will stick with the 70 Bus location.
