Generally very pleased with Halal Munchies but was immensely disappointed with a takeout order of 1 spicy chicken sandwich. The “patty” hardly qualified as such; it was the size and shape of a tender at best and the portion provided certainly did not match the size of the bun. This is culinary inequality in its grossest form. Of course I am quite thankful for the food and provisions I receive daily however this was quite a letdown.

Tried their other location on Queens Blvd, this one is just as good. If you enjoy spice the red sauce they have is gonna hit a good spot for you. Nice clean place, nothing super fancy. I would love to thank the owners of this chain for a consistent and phenomenal mixed over rice seasoned and cooked well. Their veggies are fresh and they have a large assortment. The food is priced more than fare, and they give you alot of food. Thanks for making my day

FOOD POISONING!! DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT if you don’t want to visit urgent care. We had 3 orders of combo over rice and ALL 3 of us got FOOD POISONING. Not to mention that we asked for less hot sauce but it was ALL RED. Also called for pickup 15 mins early but they didn’t even start preparing when we got there.
