Really good sushi in a hole in the wall.I sat at the bar on my own so my perspective is limited. My Server was really friendly. The person at the bar not so much. They were probably 80% full. The Server was by herself so ordering took time. Getting the food was really long. I think they were shorthanded so probably better a different day.

Amazing authentic sport in the heart of LA!! It was my first time and I really enjoyed this place. The food quality is great, and the service is an impeccable and beautiful atmosphere. It was busy from the moment I arrived at the moment I left.

Solid sushi, but it didn’t quite live up to the price. I ordered the California Roll, Edamame, Tornado Roll, Sunshine Roll, and a side of Kizami Wasabi, totaling $51.00. The quality was decent across the board, with all the rolls having a fresh and appealing presentation. However, the California Roll, which I typically use to gauge the overall quality, didn’t particularly impress me—it was fine, but nothing special. The other rolls were better, with good flavors and textures, though nothing stood out as exceptional.

The sauces were a highlight, especially the fresh Kizami Wasabi, which, while costing an additional $4, added a nice, sharp flavor to the meal. Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 4.5 for taste. While the quality was good, I’m not sure if it was worth the price tag, especially with the California Roll being underwhelming. Still, it was a decent meal, and the fresh ingredients were appreciated.

Went with my girlfriend and sat at the bar. Our server Paul was super friendly, had Afrohouse and Rufus playing , Paul and Chefs seemed to be enjoying the vibe, which made the whole experience even better.

Food was fire across the board. Garlic edamame was addicting, gyoza and the crunchy bite with spicy tuna were packed with flavor. We had a few cut rolls, plus tuna, salmon, and chu toro from the happy hour menu, and added some yellowtail nigiri too. Everything was fresh and clean — no complaints.

Best part? The price. We had 6 orders of nigiri, cut rolls, beers, and 3 appetizers, and still walked out under $70 For this quality and location, that’s unheard of.

Definitely coming back — and honestly wouldn’t be surprised if prices go up soon with how good this place is and the current inflation. Get in while it’s still a hidden gem.

Outstanding. The food was phenomenal, really fresh and delicious.

We loved the yellowtail collar, the yellowtail sashimi prepared with serrano, salmon belly with truffle slices was amazing! So good that we had to get a second dish of each one.

Really liked the What the Hell roll, Holly Shock roll, salmon roe was lovely, enjoyed the Japanese mackerel, and the green tea ice cream was ridiculous!

This was as good a sushi meal as we have ever had. Can’t wait to come back.

Paul and the team were very gracious and welcoming, really friendly, which added to the experience.

This place has great reviews, so we decided to try. We parked on the back behind Jersey Mike’s sub after 6 pm, free. The food was good. The alaskan poke bowl was delicious. We also ordered “What the hell” ans “California roll”.
The lady who served us and a sushi men were very nice. I will come again.
