Didn’t want to do 2 acai bowls 20 mnts before closing because it was past the time where they do it. The employees had everything cleaned I’ll give them that but I’m guessing they don’t do anything during the last 30 mnts of working hours. Very profitable standing there the last part of the shift.

I wanted to order a Acai cocoa Haze and I was informed that they were low on strawberries and that the only way I could get the strawberries was if I placed the order online. Wow sorry but that is wrong on so many levels. It should not matter whether I’m in the store or placing an order online if there are strawberries available strawberry should be given to the customer. It wasn’t just that they drizzle chocolate and it should’ve been the chocolate nips. Smoothie king located in Clementon I’m not happy with you right now. It will certainly make me think twice coming to this location. I’ll travel the distance to go to another location. Does not look appetizing at all

Something has gone wrong at Smoothie King. I’ve been a loyal customer for two years and didn’t have that many issues until a month ago. The acai base has a gross, gooey texture, and the workers are ripping me off by not filling the bowl to the top and just throwing the toppings on top with no care. Fix the bowls, fix the base, and quit raising the prices.

I asked the lady at the counter for her 2 favorite flavors so I could order them. I haven’t been here in forever and needed a reference point. She suggested the Strawberry lemonade and pineapple twist smoothies. Both were outstanding! I never got her name but she is a fantastic employee. Highly recommend coming here for your smoothie fix

I went into this smoothie king this morning 02/11/24 around 11:00 AM. When I walked in there was 1 employee working making orders and 2 customers waiting for their orders. While I was waiting to order another customer walked in and stood behind me in line. We waited until the employee finished making her current orders and thought she would then get to us. Instead the employee didn’t even acknowledge us, turned her back to us and started rinsing out blenders (there were plenty of clean blenders available). We stood there and continued to wait until she was finished with that hoping she would then take our order or even acknowledge us. Instead she continued to ignore us and started fiddling with the fruit. We both (customers) finally said something to her. She said she was by herself with an attitude. We both advised we see she’s by herself but she could have at least acknowledged us, she proceeded to argue with us and her exact words to us was “oh well”. Thats when we both decided to walk out and we informed the employee we will be contacting management. Customer service was absolutely terrible and I will not be returning to this location.
