Good Chinese buffet. Great service. If you ask for the WiFi password they will share it. Clean bathroom. Hot foods and fruits and deserts including self serve chocolate and vanilla soft serve ice cream in wafer cones. Nice authentic decor. I go here occasionally when visiting family. Waitresses are top notch, I never had to ask to have a used plate taken or a drink refilled.

I’ve worked in restaurants all my life and Hainam is the worsted I’ve been to! The food is always cold and the waitresses never come check on the people for refills! Also the Chinese lady is kinda rude! They need to get their stuff together because they shouldn’t be open! Their food is staying too long on that buffet line. They need to put fresh food and put more ice in the drinks! Also quit rushing the customers out the door! Also waitresses be more friendly and smile! I’m sorry it doesn’t matter what time it is They should always have fresh and hot food!!!

We came here after church hoping for an easy meal with the family. The atmosphere wasn’t so bad but we came to eat. The service was actually really good, the waitress was polite and always got our plates when we finished. We didn’t even have to ask once. That being said, almost everything was was too cold, the meat, the fried shapes, even the soup. It was like the heat mechanism was broken. The clumps of chicken on a stick had an after taste that still makes me shudder. The “Sashimi” was sour tasting which I would rather not think about. One of my kids is still suffering on the toilet. I will say that there was plenty of open space in the parking lot. Never again!

Food was pretty typical, except everything with imitation crab had kind of a sour taste to it, especially the bacon stick thing and seafood delight. The gu mbo was good, sushi and butter potatoes were good.
