A taste of authentic Mexico in the streets of Hillsboro.
We ordered a huarache & the menudo with hand made tortillas. Food was delicious – Phenomenal list of menu options too, enough to come back here again and try it all.
They’re salsa options are scary good. MUST TRY with any dish.
Small spot but don’t let that deter you, they’ve got enough tables to seat 8+ parties of 4.

If it were possible to give no stars, I would.
Starting with the service, which is almost nonexistent. One of the sauces was already spoiled. They don’t give you knives or forks until you get up to ask for them. They give you your food and then disappear.
I ordered a potato quesadilla with chiriso. 5 minutes later, they told me they didn’t have any. Okay, I switched to pressed pork rinds and a Cuban sandwich.
Apparently, it was really from Cuba because it was very poorly prepared. It was a sigh of meat, a slice of ham, a sausage cut in half, and the egg, not to mention.
Now, the real problem was the quesadilla!!!
The tortilla looked more toasted than a tortilla, with almost no pork rinds. And on top of all that, there was a piece of plastic inside, which, due to its size, could have been easily seen when cooking very poor seevice and lack of flavor.I guess that way the place was empty at lunch time

Ya its really good. I’m enjoying a burrito right that I bought. Barbacoa rice and beans. Salsa bar was fully stocked.. Their idea of very hot needs to be checked. Is it legal to make salsa that hot I’m not 100% about it… Mue Hot!

Went with some friends after fishing all of us absolutely devoured the quesadillas and tortas , we tried a good variety and wow amazing flavor and overall great experience small place but it’s a hidden gem , feels like you enter a actual restaurant in Mexico the seating is very nice

So delicious! So many choices of quesadillas and a great condiment bar! Can’t believe the negative reviews from some! I have had food from here at least 3 times and always consistently delicious and authentic. My favorite quesadilla is the carne desebrada. But I want to try them all. I think the place is cute and I hope others give this place a shot because it’s rare to find an authentic place so good as this.

I haven’t had a quesadilla that good in years!! I had two quesadillas and the wife a milanesa torta, all was excellent! The green sauce absolutely delicious.
From now on We will definitely make this our go to restaurant for Mexican food.

Great restaurant!!! Good good food. But I come to eat often and more times then not it’s closed. I even asked what their actual hours were and I was told they were closed Monday and Tuesday. But I frequently come on Wednesday – Sunday and they’ll be closed, most of the time 6-8 which is dinner peak, I’ve even seen them closing down at like 5 which is right before they’d get busy.

Best quesadilla I’ve ever had. The flour tortilla was not typical, seemed like the home style kind. Prices reasonable and good ingredients.
