Absolutely make a point to eat here. EVERYTHING is fantastic and incredibly flavorful.
The two gentleman that helped us on our date night were very professional, friendly & had great recommendations.
The cocktails are also to die for!
Thank you for the authentic food and wonderful service, we will be back!

My husband and I stopped in last night for the first time and we were really impressed! We can tell that quality ingredients go into these dishes, and the main courses were well made and good sized portions.
The dining area was a bit cold, otherwise everything was great! Super friendly service – will be back!

The food was flavorful and well seasoned. Jose was my server and did a great job explaining the menu. The cheese sticks were filling and the guava sauce was a nice addition. The enchiladas were very tasty and filling but a little on the small side as was the ribeye taco but I could have had just those. The only downside was if you’re in a hurry the service was slow as it took a good 35 minutes for my enchiladas to arrive. Overall the food was fantastic and I will definitely be back.

Everything was flavorful. The presentation on the plate was spectacular. Drove all the way from Denver to have dinner with family. Now i need to consider doing the drive again just to eat here. Definitely recommend if you are nearby

This place is incredible. It has become a favorite date night spot for my wife and I. The menu is fun to explore. We’ve gotten different dishes with each visit and haven’t been disappointed. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are so kind. It’s also worth mentioning that the way they styled the interior is really cool and unique. It makes for a great atmosphere. The Aji de Camarones is my favorite dish so far!

This was our second time eating here. Hacienda San Rafael is one of the best restaurants in Boulder County, in my opinion. Maybe THE best? The food is an amazing blend of select South American and Mexican cuisines. The menu is small and focuses, everything is well-balanced, so flavorful, and the presentation is beautiful. It’s a family owned restaurant, and despite its location, it is an absolute gem in Colorado. We will definitely be here weekly, and I hope this place is here for a long time.

This is our second time here and I’ve been dreaming about the Tostones Rellenos. We ordered them again tonight both as our main dish and they were again amazing. We also got the Salada Brasileira, the eggs were warm and perfectly cooked, Olives so flavorful and the flakes of salt made it perfection. The house white wine was a delicious Sauv Blanc and my husband got the mojito equally great. The service is so friendly we learned a lot about the inspiration of the menu making it extra special. Will be back again and again.

Yummy food, good presentation, love the vintage/thrifted furniture in the restaurant. The service was very good. Reasonably priced and the portion size is perfect. I got an arepa and a salad for $12 and I was full! I’ll be back to try some other foods on the menu. Not typical Mexican food….very authentic, simple, and good!

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The owners are such gems and everything I have had here has been amazing. Some of my favorites are the empanadas, the tamales (best I’ve ever had -don’t skip on these), ALL of the tacos, the Ropa Vieja. Honestly though, you can’t go wrong with any of the dishes it’s all so fresh and you can tell the owners care a lot about the quality. The interior decor is beautiful and seating is so comfy. There is nothing like this in Boulder County. One of a kind!

This place will not remain a secret for long. This might be the best food I’ve had in Longmont. The flavors and textures are perfection. Rib Eye taco was an instant “mmmmmmmm.” The pupusa was crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and stuffed with so many tasty goodies. Enchilada sauce was next level. And the service was just so dang heartwarming and welcoming. Oh and margs were refined and balanced. So so so so good. This is a must go, maybe several times per week.
