A good place for dinner lunch or have a ice cold beer it’s been here since 1973 and overall is a great value for hanging out with friends ample parking along with great tables you could either be at the patio or on a booth. The restrooms are extremely clean and private as well which is a nice touch after you had a few beers in you

This place is a nightmare. It took almost two hours to get our food and get out of this hell hole. It ended up taking five of these brain surgeons to unbolt the chairs from table, give us menus, take our order, deliver food and get the check. We even told them we had an appointment in an hour and a half from when we arrived. The food is also mediocre at best, way overpriced, and took 40 minutes to get burritos. The parking is terrible and the place is dirty.

literally waited 20 minutes and my waiter didnt bother to take our food order when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. in addition, i observed the waiter attend a table behind me TWICE while avoiding mine. if ur black, they r not that friendly.

I know that the restaurant business is a struggle these days and I feel some guilt in criticizing a long-standing establishment but I felt compelled to comment on a recent visit. We try to come here whenever we’re in town visiting family. Food is normally good and service has been prompt and friendly. 7 of us had dinner here last night. Unfortunately, this meal was very disappointing. The restaurant was basically empty and yet it took an inordinately long amount of time for our drink and food orders to arrive after ordering (and even then they didn’t come out at the same times). Two of us shared the Fajitas Del Rey (combo plate). The tortillas were cold (even after we asked for new ones since the first ones came out well before the meal was delivered to the table) and had the consistency of card board. When the “fresh” tortillas finally made it to the table, the fajitas and side dishes were cold. Overall, the dish was bland, greasy and lacked seasoning. I explained to the server how the dish was unsatisfactory but there was no offer to make it right or to discount the bill. To top it off, I just spent the evening and night with stomach issues. I regret that I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Based on last night, I cannot recommend.

The food is decent. Definitely better Mexican spots in the city, as far as food. The service is always top notch here. I go at least once every 2 weeks for lunch (on Fridays of course).

Wandered in on the way home with GF… it wasn’t busy, Bartender didn’t acknowledge us, and continued doing whatever things he was busy with… waited patiently for about 5 minutes at bar… bartender left and came back into visual range twice, continuing to be busy with whatever he was doing… after another 5 minutes of waiting with zero acknowledgment from anyone we left…
