As soon as I walked in it smelled like old burnt oil you smell in very cheap fastfood places.The bun was falling apart and the French fries were small almost burnt but cold. They looks like they were made a while ago and they were running out Plus $2 for a small ranch? You gotta do better.

Have been coming here often, as the food is awesome and the vibe is chill. I am leaving this review because I went in tonight @ 10:29 and they close at 10:30- but they still went out of their way (while closing) to make my food, and another patrons food. They have a nice selection of burgers. I like that they have the options of lettuce wrap instead of the buns and that they have gluten free buns options too. I suggest ordering on the kiosk vs by the person since you can modify your order more to your liking that way.
The Santa Barbara Char was delicious, and quite filling I especially enjoyed that the bread was sourdough. The double char burger combo was a bit disappointing since the burger was much smaller than expected. The fries here are great though! Customer service could be better, but other than that I recommend coming here to give them a try. We will more than likely be back.

This Habit Burger Grill location is the best one in the San Fernando Valley in my opinion. My Habit Char Burger and French Fries came out fresh and hot. The burger was well put together and not falling apart like some burgers at the other locations I’ve been to. The wait was not too long and ordering at the kiosk allowed me to get my order placed with the kitchen before the people who were in the restaurant before me and in line to order at the cash register.

Our family loves going to The Habit for dinner. It has become one of our favorite spots for a casual, tasty meal together. My wife enjoys either the charbroiled hamburger or the chicken club, and my son always goes for the five chicken strips. My daughter likes to switch it up between the chicken strips and the charbroiled hamburger. Everyone in the family loves the fries, and I always order the onion rings. My wife also really enjoys the fried green beans.
Another highlight for us is the strawberry lemonade. We all look forward to it every time. It’s the perfect refreshing drink to go with our meal. The food is always fresh, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. We always leave happy and satisfied. Highly recommend The Habit for anyone looking for a great family-friendly spot!

This is the second time I was left waiting in my car for more than 15 mins after order was ready. He comes out brings curbside to another car that pulled in AFTER me. Last time I went in after 20 mins and my order was gone as someone took it. So now after paying over 20.00 I get stone cold food and to top it off I tipped for curbside. This is unacceptable and I will be requesting a refund for no service, a tip not deserved and cold food

The Habit probably has the best-made and best-tasting onion rings in the San Fernando Valley. I ate their veggie burger with a strawberry milkshake and the onion rings. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Their bathroom is roomy and kept very clean. One suggestion: they should have someone to actually answer their phone, rather than just going to voice-mail. Difficult to order items out.

They make a great patty melt. But it’s not something that you see easily on the menu. You have to come to ask for it special. It’s like the Santa Barbara burger (which comes with avocado).
Burgers are juicy and full of taste and flavor. Their french fries are nice and crispy and crunchy.
Great spot for tourists visiting from out of town as well.

I’ve ordered three times in the last two weeks. I add extra ingredients for an extra fee, but EVERY TIME they don’t add them. Just EVERY TIME. I’ve never encountered such deception in any store in your chain.

The customer service here was terrible. We waited over 20 min for our food and spent $60+ on food for our family of 5. I have three children, two of whom ordered adult meals, and when they asked for the gummies that come with the kids’ menu, they were denied.
