I don’t normally write reviews but I’ve had enough of how complacent workers and business owner’s take advantage of the customer. First we all know food prices are outrageous and we are paying more and getting less. What boggles my mind is how poor the customer service is at this location where a simple hello, thank you, or have a nice day can go a long way. I didn’t even receive a hello at the drive thru she asked me if I was using my mobile app I said yes and advised I ordered online. She cut me off mid sentence told me to pull up and then basically threw the receipt at me. Then I pick up my food and there’s no hello how are you have a nice day like a normal drivethru. Open my sandwich and mind you the fish filet only has a half piece of cheese. Well you can see in the photo half of it is on the box. So thank you for your terrible customer service and your poor quality food. Your owner is probably very proud of your team and just lost a customer forever. Congratulations! It’s not hard to have decent customer service, you seem to go out of your way to provide none!

Literally sat in the driveway for 10min didn’t get anyone to take my order just to drive by and see her on the phone . I blew to get her attention 3time she never look up . It took for another young lady to come up there to get her attention she then proceeded to get an attitude told me that we got to go back around and order after I sat there trying to order . She then went to get her manager and the manager had an attitude and said we gotta go back around to order . They need to randomly do pop up’s there at night cause they do what they want to do at night !

This is quite literally the worst establishment in history. Of four people in the front not one soul had enough common sense to speak and say someone will be with you in a moment after staring me in my face. I was there for 10 minutes and still wasn’t served. Either hire employees with work skills or close it. Ridiculous. Taking an order should be a minimal job requirement.

This McDonald’s is a joke. They can’t get nothing right you pay for something they don’t give it to you. You wait 30 minutes to get it and it’s not right and then their phone is off the hook so you can’t even call up there to get it fixed what a joke.

I’m not sure what’s going on, I went as soon as lunch started @ 11 and only got French fries but they were hard and brownish, not the yellow golden color they should be so I’m only assuming they re-dropped old fries, OR fried them for way too long and just didn’t care… they weren’t salted, everything was a mess and for you just opening for lunch you would think you would give out fresh food.

Every single time I go here they always mess up the order. How do you manage to give us drinks but no straws???? We go here and we ask for full meals and they end up missing 2 whole items. How is this even possible? It’s different people every single time we go. So how do you manage to do it EVERY TIME!? It might just be the management or something, I don’t care, because how do you mess it up by missing things like; straws, napkins, sauces, etc. It’s the fact we ask for things and it’s missing or even obvious things that are supposed to be there, like straws for drinks or even napkins for if you make a mess.
