I visited The Habit recently and had an unexpectedly disappointing experience, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I waited about 30 minutes for my order before noticing that guests who ordered after me were receiving their food. I went up to the counter to ask for an update, and that’s when I was told my order had never been entered into the system.
The staff apologized, which I appreciated, but I was surprised that there was no offer of a refund, a remake with priority, or even a small complimentary item to make up for the inconvenience. I’ve always enjoyed The Habit, but this experience left me feeling overlooked as a customer. I hope management can address situations like this more proactively, because I’d really like to continue being a loyal guest.

My favorite spot to come for a tuna buger/sandwich. They cook it medium since is a little on the fragile side if throughly cooked and may fall apart. But regardless it is delicious what ever way you choose eat it. I think their Tuna buger/sandwich is really underrated since they are know for their beef burgers. If your come here the the tuna buger a shot. You will not regret it! Also the place is very spacious since they have outdoor seating. Also great customer service and helpful staff!

No one is cleaning at this location. I had to wipe down my table. They didn’t have the straws out. You have to ask for them. The “order here” touch screens are filthy. I wouldn’t touch them. I would understand if it was busy, but it is not. What a shame; I liked coming to this location. Maybe it is under new management.

Get to the restaurant for my online order for pickup. They give me a bag named Michelle, when I’m a full grown male. Use your eyes! They gave my order to someone else again, twice this has happened to me. Get your act together. So unprofessional of this location.

Maria was great! So was Gilbert the manager. I have had their burgers and salads, but never their chicken sandwich. It was amazing! This has become my new favourite place. In N Out is in good, but Habit is special. Love their ice tea.

Although it’s been awhile since I’ve last ate here, nothing beats other fast food restaurants more than quality. Despite the nearby In-N-Out, Blaze Pizza, TGI Fridays, or Wing Stop serve more customers, this food stop is perhaps one of the most underrated of them all. I particularly enjoy their fries since it doesn’t have an exaggerated amount of sodium in contrast to their Mr. Pete’s or McDonald’s counterparts. In addition to healthier foods, they also include delicious iced unsweented teas from a variety of flavors. It might be somewhat costly, the price tags doesn’t increase no more than $20 for two people. Quite affordable, especially for a first date!

This my first time at a Habit burger grill. I was told by others to try it because I like burgers. I am a hard critic when it comes to it. Because I live in Cali I judge it to the best burger in town so far, that being In-N-Out burgers. Customer service was great. I was given options in the burger. That was great. I ordered the #2 which is like a double double. Unfortunately the taste was a meh! Like any burger joint you consider but end up not picking because it has the same taste of many other places that don’t make the cut. I’ll be back to try others to give 2nd Chance to other options they have.

I have not been to this location in years but coming back I see why. Upon ordering my food and paying the machine automatically added a tip that was not approved. The girl at the register said next time I should be careful because it could happen. I am the customer i should not be the one to fix the issue. She was very rude about giving me my money back and slamming the register. Plus a service charge was added. Never coming here again.

I enjoy dining at the Habit, but the experience at this location was much better than at other locations. Jimena at the register was great! Very attentive and provided a small sample of one of the new items in the menu. Great service over all, shout out to the kitchen staff as well, the food was very fresh and we enjoyed every bite!
Side note: restrooms were also neat! Usually don’t see this in fast food chains.
