My wife and I visited this cafe on 2/15/26 and were blown away at the customer service and overall atmosphere. We bank with capital one but have never been able to get to an actual Capital One café. I missed writing down the name of the woman who helped us, but she was the one working on the banking side. She was extremely professional, very nice and overall pleasure to talk to. We ended up getting a few drinks from the café as well and they were delicious!

I do everything online and that includes my banking. But after experiencing Capital One’s cafe. I will go against my norm and look for more of these cafes from Capital one. Why? Because their cafe is literally on par to a Starbucks cafe. Plus if you use your capital one card or discover, you get 50% off your drinks. Then you can do your banking with real agents. I have never seen anything like this before and I’m all for it

i am giving this place 5 stars because it’s one of the BEST coffee shops i’ve ever been to (besides the one i go with my girlfriend). the cinnamon latte was so good, the atmosphere was amazing as there’s lots of students on their computers, it’s a comfortable environment to get work done, and the staff were joyful and happy to help. while i was writing a sales page, the baristas were singing still into you by paramore (lol). the environment is great, the people are great, definitely come here if you want to work. the only thing is, idk how the food tastes, i only got latte. capital one is smart for making these cafes around the states because it’s definitely bringing in lots of new banking customers for them. they tapped into an entire new market with cafes like this. oh and when i left my friend picked me up in his porche 911 turbo (see video below)

Delicious coffee and treats. Definitely worth checking out. It’s clear that plenty of thought and refinements have gone into these ever evolving locations that serve local communities.

My recent visit to the Capital One Cafe/Bank was fantastic. We were helped by the bank teller, Shay, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions about opening a new 360 checking account.
She really went above and beyond to research the details of the bonus sign-up offer (the reason for our visit!) and clearly explained all the requirements. She was also kind enough to give us complimentary drink coupons for the café! Shay was super patient and informative, even showing me in real-time how to locate Allpoint ATMs and add beneficiary details within the app.
The Perfect Remote Workspace
As a regular visitor who often comes here to work remote, I can attest that this cafe is consistently a comfortable and productive place to study or work.
The space is always spacious and incredibly clean. I especially appreciate that there are plenty of tables with readily available outlets for people who need them. The option of using the private rooms is a huge bonus for meetings or focused work. Even the bathrooms are notably clean!
With such helpful employees like Shay and a great atmosphere, I would highly recommend banking here and checking out the café—it’s a perfect spot to hang out, socialize, read, or study.

This was my first time at a Capital One Cafe and it greatly exceeded my expectations. There are 24hr ATMs at the entrance, which is what I stopped by for, and Nathan asked if I needed any help. After I was done, I went inside and he politely gave me a tour and offered a free beverage since it was my first time.

Nathan then continued to chat with me about Capital One stuff and as I was leaving, let me take a luggage tag and gave me a free tote bag with random swag in it. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Really wish I had one of these where I live.

Drinks: My friend and I ordered the matcha vanilla latte and it was super delicious and refreshing. We also got 40% off of a Large for using our captial one card which was a steal.
Place/ Atmosphere: This place is perfect for studying or hanging out with friends. I loved the ambiance of this place. It kind of reminds me of a Korean cafe with the aesthetic. They also offer meeting/studying room for a party of 8. All you have to do is reserve online.

I’ve had a Capital One checking account for about a decade now and I’ve always been very pleased with them. So happy that they have a capital one cafe in KC now! Amazing atmosphere and can’t beat 50% off for being a capital one customer. IF YOU BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE I SUGGEST MOVING YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT HERE. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the ATM machine dispense 1’s, 5’s and 20’s, which is really nice.
