The days of really late night dinners are over for many of my neighborhood restaurants.
We arrived about 8 pm and there was no waiting although the place seemed quite full.
Menu is filled with these colorful well plated dishes so I was anticipating at least a semblance of said photos.
Slightly to vastly different from the photos. (Is it IG vs reality photos?)
I felt the food was okay but the soup lacked a distinct depth of flavor. Noodles were also still undercooked but softened eventually.
I opted for the well done sliced beef brisket pho, my son opted for chicken breast pho ( sliced thinly & skinless chicken) , two more diners got the rib bone beef combo pho.
Variety of milk teas : I got the jasmine milk tea and that was just the right amount of milk and sweetness.
The menu says the broth is beef for almost everything or vegetable stock available if requested.
Quiet overall. Server takes your credit card payment at the table.
Desserts are refrigerated and individually packaged so you can even take it home. Coconut jello was good and not overly sweet.
After sitting down, we both ordered our pho and the food was out in less than ten minutes. I had the combination and my friend ordered the oxtail with a bone on the side. They were both amazing. Considering the price you pay, which most of the pho bowls here are over 15$, the portion makes it absolutely worth it. On top of that, you get unlimited noodle refills to eat with your soup. I have never had this before at any pho restaurant but it was a welcome change haha.
Our server was also very accommodating. He brought me a glass of hot water because I didn’t want ice water and he also checked on us repeatedly to make sure we were doing okay.
I had the pho rib bone, and it was amazing.
The broth was delicious, and there was so much meat that was super tender and falling off the bone. I also had a noodle refill (which is free)and took leftovers home. The Vietnamese coffee was the perfect sweetness and balanced out the food perfectly. I was super satisfied with the place and left with a happy stomach. It was worth every penny and I will definitely be visiting again!
The portions are fair, and the service is consistently good. What truly sets this place apart is the interior design. The Scandinavian modern look gives it a clean and inviting feel, standing out compared to typical hole-in-the-wall pho places. There’s a free parking lot since it’s located in a strip mall. Overall, a solid casual meal option!
The broth was delicious I ordered the combination pho with added rib bone. Portions was good and meat was very tender. I have a new favorite pho shop local to us!
It’s a bit of a wait, but the food is worth it. Servers were attentive to our table and food came out pretty quickly. I’d like to return. Cheers!
