I went to the restaurant on Monday afternoon. It’s not crowded so the food was served very quickly. I had a chicken wings with garlic butter sauce and a bowl of pho for main dish. My pho had beef balls and ribeye. The broth was clear and fragrant. My server – Nina is a sweet girl. Definitely come again

The biggest reason for eating here is the late hours they are open.
The days of really late night dinners are over for many of my neighborhood restaurants.
We arrived about 8 pm and there was no waiting although the place seemed quite full.
Menu is filled with these colorful well plated dishes so I was anticipating at least a semblance of said photos.
Slightly to vastly different from the photos. (Is it IG vs reality photos?)
I felt the food was okay but the soup lacked a distinct depth of flavor. Noodles were also still undercooked but softened eventually.
I opted for the well done sliced beef brisket pho, my son opted for chicken breast pho ( sliced thinly & skinless chicken) , two more diners got the rib bone beef combo pho.
Variety of milk teas : I got the jasmine milk tea and that was just the right amount of milk and sweetness.
The menu says the broth is beef for almost everything or vegetable stock available if requested.
Quiet overall. Server takes your credit card payment at the table.
Desserts are refrigerated and individually packaged so you can even take it home. Coconut jello was good and not overly sweet.

Out of all the businesses that exist in this small plaza in Cerritos, Soup Shop has to be one of the best. Walking up to the front of the restaurant, I felt a little uncomfortable because there were so many people waiting for a table outside. I put name down for two and was told it would be a 25 minute wait but didn’t even end up waiting the whole 25, they had the table ready pretty quick.
After sitting down, we both ordered our pho and the food was out in less than ten minutes. I had the combination and my friend ordered the oxtail with a bone on the side. They were both amazing. Considering the price you pay, which most of the pho bowls here are over 15$, the portion makes it absolutely worth it. On top of that, you get unlimited noodle refills to eat with your soup. I have never had this before at any pho restaurant but it was a welcome change haha.
Our server was also very accommodating. He brought me a glass of hot water because I didn’t want ice water and he also checked on us repeatedly to make sure we were doing okay.

The bao was tasty, with a bit of sweetness to it. I didn’t have the pho but I heard it was flavorful and large serving. The waiter was helpful. The custard was creamy and not too sweet, the sugar on top was crispy and overall yummy.

Been to this place for 3 straight days while on holiday! Unreal food , service and atmosphere. What started as a 1am what’s on Uber Eats turned into I need pho Ribs 3 days in a row. Garlic noodle salmon , wings you name it. And the food is HOOOT and priced right. Vietnamese food is the best

The Pho (combination) was fantastic! But there’s also a bunch of appetizers and rice dishes to choose from. The popcorn chicken was pretty good.
It’s a bit of a wait, but the food is worth it. Servers were attentive to our table and food came out pretty quickly. I’d like to return. Cheers!

We love this restaurant. It has a little bit of everything for everyone, including our kids, even a vegan option of Pho. It is a beautiful space, clean and the food is plentiful. The staff is fantastic especially Tommy (probably not his real name)!!
